Q16 trick if difference of numerator and denominator is different compare numerator/ difference for each fraction and one with snallest numerator would be smallest eg: 4/7, 5/9, 6/13: Num/ diff= 4/3, 5/4, 6/7; 6/7 smallest so 6/13 is smallest

At 28:00 you can even use simple logic..just check the numerator and denominator values the higher the denominator value the lower will be the fraction value and smaller the denominator value highest will be the fraction.,in case of4/5 denominator is almost close to 4 thats why it becomes largest among all

Q16 can be done using this method itself. the only correction is , GREATER THE NUMERATOR , SMALLER IS THE FRACTION AND SMALLER THE NUMERATOR , GREATER IS THE FRACTION . just the opposite will do the trick :)
