- This video is for students who study Russian as a foreign language at the university using the textbook GOLOSA-2. It explains one of the grammar concepts of Lesson 8. In this video, you will learn how to use the reflexive personal pronoun СЕБЯ in useful expressions and idioms. Recommended for the intermediate level.
Wow, this was really a great lesson! Love daily expressions and idioms. They're very helpful!!!

Отличная лекция уважаемая учительница Ольга Джарелл. Вы повторили несколько раз одно и то же предложение, и это помогает мне быстро учиться. Я из Бангладеш.
Well done
Спасибо.❤

Bovo Zangief , I will think about it. Thanks for watching.
😎
It is amazing as usual ❤❤🙏🙏. I don't know the differance between ( сам) and ( себя) ???
Milad Mohammadi , it’s another lesson.
Когда использовать выражение «Я спрашиваю себя»?
Хосе Э. , используйте тогда, когда хотите задать себе вопрос, гипотетически, конечно. Я спросил себя, люблю ли я изучать русский язык. Я всегда спрашиваю себя, нужно ли мне это. 😊
Почему не- Верьте в себе? Believe (in) yourself. Shouldn't it be - "trust yourself"?
The Russian verb ВЕРИТЬ can be used with the dative (кому?) - я верю тебе -, or with the accusative with the preposition В (во что? в кого?) - я верю в себя, в тебя, в удачу, в любовь, в дружбу, etc.
Можно говорить «изучаю русский язык на себя»?
Я хочу научиться говорить по-русски , нет, так сказать нельзя. If you mean “for myself”, то тогда «для себя».
@@AmazingRussian нет, я имею в виду «by myself» as in self learning
Я хочу научиться говорить по-русски , тогда «сам».
@@AmazingRussian большое спасибо
Since себя declines like ты, I wonder if the nominative (if it existed) would be сы? 🤔
As it says in the video, there is no nominative case for this pronoun.
@@AmazingRussianI know, but I'm guessing it would hypothetically be сы if there were a nominative case. ❤
