#ufo #uap #ryangraves "The gimbal object...we had never seen anything like that before!"
The US government held a historic UFO hearing today. In today's episode, we have a fascinating conversation with Ryan Graves, who shares his encounters with multiple unidentified objects that flew past Navy F-18 aircraft over extended periods.
As we delve into this extraordinary event, we explore the complexities surrounding unidentified aerial phenomena (UAPs) and the challenges of reporting them. From the stigma surrounding UAP sightings to the need for standardized reporting procedures, we uncover the implications for aviation safety and discuss the importance of gathering data to ensure the security of our airspace. Join us as we navigate the mysterious realm of UAPs and contemplate their significance in our modern world. Get ready to explore the unknown on The INTO THE IMPOSSIBLE Podcast.
Ryan's fresh off his congressional testimony: Wednesday's hearing included testimony from two former U.S. Navy aviators, Ryan, and David Fravor, both witnesses to separate highly publicized encounters with what appeared to be unconventional aircraft operating in U.S. military airspace.
Today's hearing included testimony from a whistleblower who has alleged the Pentagon is hiding evidence of "non-human intelligence." David Grusch, a decorated former combat officer and veteran of the Pentagon's intelligence community testified, and we discussed his claims. In a report published last month, Grusch alleged that he had received "extensive classified information about deeply covert programs that he says possess retrieved intact and partially intact craft of non-human origin." Grusch's statements have received attention from major news outlets and U.S. politicians.
Watch Ryan's testimony here: • Subcommittee on Nation...
    00:00:00 Intro
00:08:45 Aviate, navigate and communicate. Pilots should not be distracted by unidentified objects in the sky. The proper procedure is to inform air traffic control and follow their instructions. There is a lack of reporting mechanisms for both military and commercial pilots. Pilots may be hesitant to report sightings due to stigma and fear of repercussions. The FAA representative was not aware of reporting procedures.
00:16:46 Airspace is divided into blocks; warning area for inbound international traffic; military training in unused airspace; commercial airliners diverted around training area; radar used to track commercial air traffic; missiles are infrared and heat-seeking; pilots can see where sensors are looking on cockpit display.
00:20:33 The issue of unidentified objects around military bases.
00:27:36 Focus on aviation safety, and altruistic intentions. Potential for a self-sustaining industry.
00:34:49 Eyewitness evidence questioned, data ownership debated.
00:44:20 Two aircraft had a close encounter with an unidentified object, described as a dark gray or black cube.
00:50:16 The need for attention to potentially dangerous objects, such as drones or alien technology.
00:53:12 The "gimbal object" and smaller objects flying in formation. The encounter was deemed unique and not previously seen.
01:00:11 Military jets shaped Ryan's unique worldview.
01:06:48 The human impact of Ryan's work
01:14:03 Reducing stigma, standardizing reporting, leveraging existing technologies, proactive detection for aviation safety.
01:18:26 Widening conversation, pragmatic national security.

He actually didnt see a UAP fly past his jet, that was other pilots in his squadron. Graves was consistently seeing them on his instruments and in the times where he pursued them they would evade him, typically by dropping down a few thousand feet under him as he was closing in.

At about 17:26 and a little later, they talk about Cessna aircraft being used to locked up for target practice. I remember back in the early 70s I was a new flight instructor and was training with a student pilot in a Cessna 150 on a dual cross-country trip from North Jersey to Atlantic City. There are a few military bases down there. We were about 2,000 ft somewhere north of Atlantic City when I did a standard traffic safety check. I noticed two Delta Darts in formation at my 8 o'clock position a few miles away using us as a target to practice strafing maneuvers. They turned toward us and then turned away. They flew right by our left side as we were southbound. They got as close as one mile away. I'll never forget that. It was pretty cool.

@@ufoenigma7858 During the congressional hearing, congressman Matt Gaetz referred to a picture of such an object he was shown and said it was clearly not made by humans. So apparently, good pictures might exist, but they are classified.
I didn't give a damn about UFO or UAP, until I listened to the congressional hearing last Wednesday.
The fact that the Air Force report those things with newer radar frequently nowadays and are able to confirm them with FLIR and optical sensors as well as eye contact, makes me worry as well as fact that the more interesting evidence of those incidences are classified as top secret.
I also found it interesting, that the lawmakers were denied access to at least three Air Force bases, even though they have ts/sci clearance.

I study the health of our soils. Here's a wild fact. Every step we take, we step on nearly a miles worth of fungal hyphaes, if they were put end to end. Mycelium it's called, and mycorrhizal fungi is one of the names of it. It has been around millions of years, and about 2 years ago was the first time we ever recorded it on camera (not me specifically, humanity in general).
We knew about it's existence for many, many decades, it was literally everywhere beneath our feet at ALL times, and we just got actual video 2 years ago, aside from just computer renders or animations of it. Better tech, more accurate sensors for the cameras is the only reason we have this epic footage of something that's been there the whole time. Never before did we get footage of it attaching to the plants roots, which is it's function.
I definitely think of this in the same way. These craft/UAPs may have been there the whole time, we just only ever had renderings and never the actual footage like we are just now getting with data

Filmed by legit government cameras in south America. Then I'd mention our government does have better imagines.. Satellite images. Just classified. Radar images. Even from tic tac event. But classified. I get it. I wanna see it too. But too many credible people.. And now even weapons systems video that we got to see from the tic tac and gimble and others that show what eyewitness saw. And you hav to admit even now with phones it's not like people are looking up in the sky a lot.... I'd say people look up far less now than they did in the past. Just because we all have a phone doesn't mean we are all looking for uaps.

We have to start creating a mandatory process that makes the act of suppressing evidence and intimidating witnesses a much bigger risk for those involved in this issue (coverup). Any action that violates these guidelines, following a UAP incident, should result in an immediate investigation, followed by charges. We have to start closing off the avenues that allow for this coverup to continue. Over-classifying evidence surrounding these occurrences should also be addressed and reformed. There’s too many ways in which this can be hidden, and it’s time we start removing their abilities to do so.

The problem with many of these observations is that the human self-aware conscious perception is through a virtual reality created by our subconscious minds which greatly reduce the complexity of what is seen in a subconscious interpretation that can end up not reflecting the reality of what we see. So, for example, around 55 minutes and 21 seconds into this video we have the gimbal object, which if you were to look at the infrared vision, which this was, of a distant jet with twin motors, you get virtually exactly this image and the gimbal/turning of the object is not actually from the object, but is from the changing of the infrared camera. But, even a trained human who sees this and does not make the connection, their mind is designed to leap to a conclusion, ill in the gaps, and present a prediction of what it is, which in this case the prediction was some nearby advanced alien craft when in fact it was almost certainly a twin engine jet that was far off in the distance.
Now, all UAP should be investigated, but leaping to the conclusion UAP are extraterrestrial craft is not wise.
Any extraterrestrial alien craft would be built from and thus have extremely advanced nanotech cybernetics which merge living and nonliving systems on a subcellular level and have perfected artificial general super intelligence with personality (AGSIP) tech which lots of people are worried about us creating. Because of this, humans would not be able to see any extraterrestrial alien or their craft unless the alien deliberately and knowingly choose to allow itself to be seen. Then comes the question of why such an alien would travel the vast distances between stars to deliberately show glimpses of themselves but not introduce themselves, and the answer is that doing such a thing makes no sense.
If an actual extraterrestrial alien was here and they didn't want humans to know it, then they could literally just keep humans from being able to see them, even if they stood right in front of us.
If an actual extraterrestrial alien wanted to introduce themselves they could announce their presence to all humans alive directly to the minds of all humans, or they could slowly walk in the United Nations without anyone being able to see them and then suddenly appear where they would seem to appear to each individual member of the UN as a a human from that members nation audibly speaking to them in that nations language, doing this at the same time for everyone at the UN.
Humanity would have zero chance of resisting such aliens, so hope no such aliens are here because at best that would still be very bad for humanity.

Mostly due to a lack of a reporting portal and the fear of stigma. Hats off to all the whistleblowrs out there. Having had a couple of sightings myself, I can vouch that as a civilian there is a definite lack of knowing where to report. The only org I can think of is MUFON.
Shouldn't it be common knowledge as to where to report sightings and encounters? Far more valuayblr information can be gleaned from reports to analytically analyse.
    Excellent vid. Thank you.

You are forgetting the people in the middle, Some people have had experiences, Other people haven't. But there seems to be many people since the second world war who have had experiences while flying, and those who have never flown an aircraft who say Uap's don't exist. I am more willing to believe pilots who have had these interactions with "Foo fighters" and most recently UAP's, Rather than people who have no experience flying Aircraft, dismissing without having any spacial awareness except with their bloody smart phones. Those types of people are too busy looking down rather than looking around themselves. These types are insideous recognized biological Human creatures, within the human populace, who have no idea what they are talking about.

In this case they might as well be time travellers.

Anyone know the reason why Ryan, at 1:13:55, does not want to answer the question the way the interviewer wanted but instead said he would discuss those details afterward? Is it because Ryan is currently building out his UFO reporting system and does not want to detail the type of information that he thinks will be most beneficial to report because he doesn't want competitors to know how to build out their competing reporting systems before his gains traction?
He goes on to be quite cagey with giving out details of what sensor systems he thinks we could all use to spot these things and it really makes me think that he's simply guarding an economic opportunity for himself. Why not just tell the viewer what he thinks would be good sensor systems to use so that the public can more readily spot these things and collaborate together?
    What do others think?

We really need to cut the psychobabble around the 'stigma' of reporting. How does this stigma manifest? Initial doubt and questioning on the part of someone spoken to is perfectly reasonable, and serves to help the person reporting convey what was seen. This stigmatizes nobody. Has anyone ever, ever shown they were refused a promotion - or even a civilian job - because they reported in good faith something they saw but couldn't explain? If so, I want name, rank, service number and proof! Science - and even general understanding, depends on the 'Huh? Whazzat?' response on seeing something you don't understand.

It's like who ever stitched the videos together was just randomly adding stuff from stock footage, and not knowing what the difference is. Ryan describes a cube and the video shows an inverted pyramid, not quite the same thing. Surely someone on your staff knows the difference between a pyramid and a cube. Anyone? Buehler? Anyone?

4 times in the last two years I’ve seen an object high up in the sky on a clear blue sky day. It appears high up like you may see with a passenger jet, but it doesn’t move very fast and the only reason I see it is because it reflects the sun and for a minute it looks like a star but then it rotates or something and it completely disappears and I don’t see it reappear. It’s like a clear flat piece of glass high up in the sky.
Is it some kind of balloon or satellite? I don’t know. I know what satellites look like at night. Can they be seen in the middle of the day? The only thing about these is the don’t really appear to move much, just rotate. If it were a clear balloon I wouldn’t expect it to act flat like this. It’s like a large clear flat piece of glass high up in the blue sky. I’ve seen it 3 times while on a lake in MI and once near my house.

Dr.Keating, thanks for hosting this podcast, and giving the pilots a platform.
I must say, though, I was disappointed in the content & the very casual conversation on this very serious subject.
It would have been better to speak more slowly vs the very informal "3 guys shooting the breeze".
E.g. I would have liked to have heard more details of encounters over the past 20yrs....descriptions of the UAP, how it moved....their own
encounters & those of other pilots they know.....there have been so many.
My impression is that the UAPs that are able to hover, then accelerate to hyper-mach speeds, make right angle turns, all without
creating sonic booms, with G forces that would turn organic matter into mush, with no wings or control surfaces, or visible means of
thrust......MUST BE NOT OF THIS EARTH. Why is that so hard to accept?
If they were by some stretch of the imagination, built by humans, they would be used already to crush us.
Since they fly at will around the Earth & especially near our military, yet have not been hostile,
but seem to be toying with us, I believe they must be autonomous AI drones sent by whomever to monitor
our progress ever since we developed nuclear weapons.
Though I suppose if they can get here from another star system (or dimension?)
they could negate the effects of instantaneous acceleration & actually pilot the UAP.......anything is possible.
I don't know if they plan to contain us if necessary, but I believe they're benign, and could easily evade us
or even not allow us to see them in the first place. But the fact that they do interact with us may mean they
are preparing us to eventually communicate with them.....I hope, as in "Childhood's End"....maybe they will help us
evolve, if they haven't already over the past 2 million years since hominids appeared.
I think I heard (at the hearings?) that at least one UAP disabled the radar (?) of one of the jets, and another shut down
several ICBMs in their silos, so they could easily take down a jet just by turning off its engine.
I also believe some of the crop circles were created by them as well. E.g. the Julia Set of 400.
Unless it's just fun for them, like a kid with a spirograph, I think it a good sign they mean us no harm.
More substance & carefully worded sentences, less casual chatter, please.
SETI needs to take off the earphones & open their eyes & minds.
BTW, I hope Ryan will let his hair grow. Way better, bro. 😜👍
