The fight scenes from the Korean drama "Bloodhounds" (2023) are arguably among the best we have witnessed in recent years. The exchange of blows between the protagonists was so lifelike that it had us on the edge of our seats! The 8-episode series starred Woo Do-hwan, Lee Sang-yi, Park Sung-woong, and Huh Joon-ho. It premiered on Netflix on June 9, 2023.
"Bloodhounds" narrates the tale of two young boxers who delve into the realm of private loans for their livelihood. However, they soon find themselves entwined in a massive conflict that jeopardizes the lives of those around them.
In the series, the conflict between the main character, Woo-jin, and the henchman of the villain, Captain Jung, stands out as particularly heart-pounding. Captain Jung ruthlessly stabbed Woo-jin three times with a knife, yet the latter managed to survive and make a fierce comeback.

I literally stood up sweating from the couch when I saw him getting stabbed. Great series
“Guess you need a knife to beat me.” Dude could’ve still used the knife to have a better chance, but his pride was on the line. He fell for the taunt, and paid for it. Really loved this fight scene

Na real acho q o captain jun nen precisa de faca pra derrotar o woo jin, pois só o fato dele ter levado a luta pro chao e ter aplicativo o mata leão, já ia derrotar ele, pois o woo jin é apenas um boxeador, enquanto esse jung é lutador de MMA, mas ainda bem q o woo jin finalmente vingou sua derrota anterior, mas eu acho q o woo jin só derrotou o jung pelo fato de q o jung já estava cansado pois ele tavs lutando contra aquele soldado lá.

Don’t forget, he also learned takedown defence during his training montage after the first fight against Jung. He also kept the fight at a close distance where Jung won’t be able to keep the proper distance and dominate with kicks (he was fighting at a closer range that takes away Jung’s space to kick). Woo-Jin basically made him play boxing with him which is what he specializes in and being a generic MMA fighter would make you just a jack of all trades in that situation.
