    *Who are we?*
    We’re Victoria & Craig! In 2021, we decided that we needed to make life a little more exciting, so we bought a used 2014 Dutchmen Denali 330rls fifth wheel and completely renovated it. Then, we sold our house in Tallahassee, Florida and hit the road full time in our RV! We’ve traveled all around the United States and fell in love with boondocking in our RV at the most beautiful places. You’ll always find us on some kind of outdoor adventure, whether it’s hiking the Grand Canyon, rock climbing in Yosemite or surfing the shores of California. Subscribe to our channel (bit.ly/3JF0VmZ) to follow along on our full time RV living adventures!

    Love the transparency and watching the adventures. We are in Utah and looking to go full-time RVing in two years once our youngest is done with high school. We want to travel the country and explore hot spots and churches across the USA. As believers, I also appreciate your continued tithe commitment. Also while you are out west and in the spring before its too hot I highly recommend checking out southern Utah parks, Zions, Bryce Canyon, and Arches are all great.

    If you do replace your rv, take a serious look at Arctic Fox by Northwood. We had an Arctic fox cab over camper in the past and now own a 24 foot Arctic Fox bumper tow for the last five years. Zero issues with both rigs. And we go in some rough boondocking areas. When you get back to Tucson you should try a Sonoran hot dog. They are found everywhere from roadside carts to large Mexican restaurants.

    • @wildrvlife
      @wildrvlife  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We have some friends with an Artic Fox and they have had the same great experience!! It seems like Northwood is doing something right for sure. I can guarantee we won’t be buying another Thor camper. 🙄 and we tried those last time we were in Tucson!! So good!

    I've been back tracking your vids since Im a knew subscriber. I full time RV with my teen daughter at a park I've been at for 5 years. And its just 5.5 miles from where I work. Im a truck driver home every evening and no weekends unless I want to. My expenses are not that high being at one place. But when I retire, I plan on taking my 41-foot Montana over the road. So this video is inspiring my to carefully calculate what I need to do this at retirement in 11 years. Im now 54 but look like 40 as people have told me. You said you tithe, that means you're Christians like myself. And that just makes me love you guys even more. You guys are fun to watch and I think I might be living a little vicariously through you all 🤣🤣🤭🤭......

    Loved you budget figures. It’s good to know realistic numbers so those of us thinking about full time RVing can make an informed decision. As for buying a new RV, remember they lose their value quickly. In one years time you’ll have a well used trailer with the same monthly payment for a long time to come before it’s paid for. Good luck on your travels. Have fun while you’re young and can enjoy it. Please keep the videos coming.

    • @wildrvlife
      @wildrvlife  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is our biggest issue with buying a new RV! Even though we’re spending in maintenance what we could be spending on a payment, at the end of the day we know that we owe $0 on it, and it’s hard to give that up!

    We have Open Roads fuel program and it saves us a lot on fuel.
    We also have Thousand trails and The trails collection for around $800 a yr. That gives access to will over 150 campgrounds all over the US for no charge.
    Our RV and toad are paid for, so we have just food and fuel each month. Food actually costs the most lately.
    Really enjoy your videos. I was glad to hear you tithe. You can't outgive God!

      There’s people out there who do it for less too! It all depends on your lifestyle. If you download my budget template from the link on the description, there’s a budget planning sheet so you can plug in all the numbers for what you think you’ll spend (based on where you plan to go and current bills you already have that won’t go away) and you can get a better idea of what it will be for you

  • @jim87vette
    @jim87vette ปีที่แล้ว

    • @wildrvlife
      @wildrvlife  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Overall we want to try and keep our yearly average closer to about $5,000 per month for all expenses, which is what last year’s was. Of course, if we come under that, I’d be happy but staying on par is the goal!

    OK so I thought you’re income was 5K month and you’re spending 5700. the end is near. As soon you have a major expenditure, which, of course will happen, it’s going to be over. Perhaps start thinking about wrapping up this awesome adventure you’ve been on and going onto the next thing? At least think about your exit plan. 👍

    • @wildrvlife
      @wildrvlife  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m not sure what made you think our income was $5K a month, we do not share our income.
      We definitely do not have average expenses that total more than our income. If we did, we would find ways to lower our expenses because otherwise we would have no room for tithing, savings, and investing - which are also a part of our finances but also things we don’t share exact numbers on because our goal is to share the costs of full time RV life, not necessarily just share our entire financials.
      Our future is something we think about a lot and comes into our financial planning 😄

  • @travonisray8814
    @travonisray8814 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    The obvious elephant in the room how much do you guys actually bring in on a monthly basis that have an expenditure 5700 monthly?

    • @wildrvlife
      @wildrvlife  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Between two adults and a couple of income streams, more than $5,700 😄 however, our exact income amounts is not something we share publicly. We share our expenses so that people who watch our lifestyle and are interested in RV living can see how much our lifestyle costs as a starting point.
      And then, if you know that your truck payment is lower (or maybe you own your truck) or you don’t like eating out as much as us…you’ll be able to estimate how much less (or more) your lifestyle could cost.

    • @wildrvlife
      @wildrvlife  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @trainme100 I see now that you were referring to comments asking how much we make and not WHAT we do to make money.
      We’ve always shared how we make money (working full time as a Marketing Director and also content creation) because that is helpful information to people wondering how to make money on the road.
      You can also Google things like “average salary of [profession name]” for any job that you personally might be interested in and can even search by location so that you can see how much you might expect to make in your area for whatever remote job you’re interested in. That’s what I would suggest if you’re looking to do more research on income amounts for various professions.
