      every buyer will deduct tds for his share and will submit separate form 26Q

    Sir, one buyer and three sellers with GPA from builder. Sales consideration i.e flat value + car parking is Rs. 50 lakhs exactly. Is TDS applicable currently and will it be applicable from October 2024? Thank you.

    If date of registration is earlier and payment is given by loan to builder after one month so tds is due from which date date of registration or payment

      Suppose There is joined property of 60 lacs husband and wife.
      Can husband use his bank account to pay tds for from wife income tax login for her share of tds?

    Sir, we are 2 buyers husband and wife, one seller, property value 88 Lacs, paid 9 lacs on aug 22 and balance amount of 79 lacs is home loan and will be paid on 10 October, what will be the date of payment. Also my wife is home maker. Can i pay whole tds from our joint account or pay 50-50% from our individual accounts. Kindly reply..

    We purchased flat jointly, i paid 20 lac and my wife paid 40 lac.
    What will be total value of consideration in both cases

      Total value of consideration will be 20 and 40 respectively
      But you need to deduct tds on this property
      For tds form submission you can avail our paid services

    In case of sale agreement b Rs. 7500000/- and Govt rate is Rs. 7200000/- SD paid on 75 lacs
    2 Buyers and 2 sellers.
    I will submit total 4 26QB forms.
    What will be total value of consideration (property value) while paying TDS for each application?
    What will be total stamp duty value of the property for each application?
    I want to pay for lumpsum with buyers and sellers with 50% share holding.
    Please guide

      Consideration value will be 50 % of buyer each buyer 37.5 Lacs
      Stamp duty value will be 37.5 for each buyer
