#Whātipu
is a scenic destination 42 kms from Central Auckland and 25 kms (30 minutes) from Titirangi Village, is narrow, elevated and winding. Keep left. Careful driving is needed all the way. The last 6 km is gravel and there may be oncoming cars so extra caution is required. We advise using a lower gear on the downhill section.
