Growing sweet potato tops in winter /Indoor garden/ Grow Food /Winter Garden

My simple and most efficient way of growing sweet potato tops in cold climate. Growing in water is also fun but growing inn dirt gives the crop a warmer growing medium. .Zone 3 garden.

@@gardeningwithnanay we're actually a bit like Charles Dowding's climate. We can only barely grow tomatoes as it doesn't get super warm in the summer. Winter is rainy and cold but it usually hovers just above freezing. We've had two frosts so far. I think we could do a lemon if we had a greenhouse

I harvested the greens, Valerie! 2 times already! It's one of my favorite .i just blamch it and eat with any salad dressing 😊
