    There has been too much pain for too many years. Pain and loss have come to define my life.

    I can't even begin to explain how much I needed to this video. I've been reopening my old wound and holding my own knife. Allowing life to take over, and love to fill and over flow through me to rewrite the journey : ) Thank you for sharing this Alexi!

    Absolutely wonderful. If only the healing happened sooner!

      hahahah yes, sometimes a shorter healing time would be AWESOME...but it happens when it happens :)

    Alexi I cannot thank you enough for this message. I'm currently going through a breakup after being cheated on. The pain is still so real right now but this gives me hope. The thing that scares me even more than the breakup is holding onto this pain and bringing it into future relationships. I want to be in a healthy, trusting relationship and I know that is what I deserve. Everything you say in this video resonates deeply with me and I am making the promise to myself now that I will face this fear and let it end with this relationship.What more can I do?

    When I was young it was difficult to learn but easy to forget.
    Now it is easy to learn and difficult to forget.
    When I was young, I wanted to grow old
    When I am old, I want to be young again.
    Now I dont want to think or want something
    I simply want to live.

      oh Thanks Alexi, This is what I am trying to tell someone ! I've been in a relationship for 4 years and things are just not working out anymore; because of her jealousy! she wants to control even my friends I hang around with!
      Everything that I want to do something and I do she says it hurts her that she had suffered a lot with relationships before I Met her and that I am making it worse...
      But I do need to be free .. I don't know how to deal with it, do you have any suggestion ? love all your videos ;D

  • @neridaholladay4138
    @neridaholladay4138 9 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Serious question for you Alexi Panos ...how long did it take you to let it go? I realise and I am willing to admit that it's me..but its the letting go that I am struggling with. Continual knife fight..and its so exhausting! *work in progress*

    • @AlexiPanos
      @AlexiPanos  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nerida Holladay It varied for different wounds. The deeper ones took a little longer. Honestly--they'll keep showing up until you REALLY deal with them, and they often get triggered by those closest to us (significant others!) so if you find yourself being triggered...take a step back, notice the Wounded Self operating and ask yourself what that Wounded Self is really craving. (It's often craving love, attention, security, etc to feel "safe") Then, ask how your Higher Self can provide a solution to that need without it being projected onto the other person. It's a work in progress UNTIL it's clear...but you have to be willing to pull it up to the forefront and stare it in the face everytime it comes up. That's the only way it will heal. If we keep burying it and pretending like it's not there, that's when get in trouble because it never truly heals and we'll keep attracting people and circumstances that will force us to keep reopening the wound.

      Hey Rozli! You've got to be willing to tackle the wounds, HEAD ON. It will keep coming up until you really deal with it at the core. And even then, these wounds may be triggered again by certain people, places, or situations. However, taking radical responsibility of YOUR role in the PRESENT is KEY to moving on. Try meditating before bed and clear your mind, or find a healthy hobby that distracts you from the pain. And remember, no one in this world makes us complete. We are ALREADY perfect, whole, and complete. You are ALREADY in the most important relationship of your life... and that's the one with yourself! ;) Give yourself grace and honor that journey.
