apple was not the first to implement the stem design. It never was an apple copy. Also the watch is not a copy. There are a TON of luxury watches with that design with a 100 years of history.. Enough with this apple shitshow.. They have 1 thing better than the competition and that is their computers due to their chips. They destroy that advantage with ridiculous pricing and ecosystem only features.. Never copy that and Samsung is good.
Apple in 2017 was first to revolutionise Truly wireless (TWS) earphones that go into a case that has its own battery and can charge the buds multiple times. Apple was the one to do right UX research that led them to retain the stem in thier first TWS even though there were no wires that would otherwise necessitate stems. Just like they did the UX study on the watch shape to be rectangular and not round. Rectangular shape gives more display real estate and still makes much more sense even on watches. Good overview, and I can see the benefits of the stem design. But aesthetically, I still prefer the beans. I just don't like the stems kind of hanging out of the ears. Maybe it's just me, but the rounded beans look more discreet and classy to me.
I am also hearing that they buds 3 pro is using different materials that doesn't irritate the ears like the old ones did. i hope that it’s true cause i plan on purchasing a pair.
For as sensitive my ears are I prefer open ear designs, but I will admit that the galaxy buds 3 pro do not irritate my ears at all which for me says a lot because I have purchased a lot of earbuds.
I don't even think of Apple when i look at my Buds 3 Pro. Issue is, I'm on my 3rd pair of these because they all & I mean all, "SQUEAL" when putting them in your ears, pressing lightly & adjusting them.. I contacted Samsung & they were already aware of this issue. Hopefully it'll be fixed with an update. I was whispering when speaking to my Dad & he didn't notice a difference.
I wouldn't say the design came from Apple, though apple was the first to implement it into wireless buds, I would say that the design stems all the way back to wired earphones.
The S23 ultra also had the function that when you listened to Spotify via Bluetooth speakers you could record a video with sound at the same time. Has this feature been removed?
I love my Buds 3 pro. the only complaint i have so far if the material is a little slippery especially if you have dry hands. I have dropped them a couple times when removing them from the case due to this
I was a Sony earbuds guy up to the Buds Pro 2. I think they still have a better sound and NC but the Buds fit better. As for the bud pro 3, I only tested them once at best buy and was not impressed with the fit, so I still hesitate to get a pair. FFor Ear Phones I still boast the Sony, because of the battery that is unkilleable !
For me, other ear buds are the best for fit. Samsung Buds 3 Pro are better for sound. For the fit reasons, their largest tips are small for my ears. Ive purchased 5 other ones on Amazon and their large ones aren't large at all. When moving around at work, eating, or talking, the buds become loose or fall out. We need better foam or silicone tips, and they'll be here soon, just have to wait. I use Comply on the AirPods, Beats Pro, and the Buds Pro 2 with no issues. Why Samsung made them smaller is beyond me.
AZLA SednaFit Crystals are out on their international website. For me, they are on amazon, but the biggest size currently that azla are selling currently are the Medium size eartips
I am really considering copping one of these but the reviews on the Samsung's website is very underwhelming. People are saying how terrible the build quality is and how one of the buds stop charging, making weird noises and how bad their customer service is.
The one thing I'll say about reviews online is that they are usually always from the minority that have the biggest problems. My own personal experience has been excellent!
Great video as usual. Thank you. I love the sound quality Buds3 Pro, but it still moves, and I have to push it or adjust its rotation. That's the reason I also purchased a pair of Buds FE, which has a very similar fit to Buds Plus
That is true sound is good but somehow the loose the fit a little after a while where my buds 2 pro once goes in eae it just stays there with same fit all the time
That stem is not an inspiration at all. The concept of the stem for the Buds 3 Pro is to provide better voice quality, which is receiving praise everywhere. The stem design is completely different, and they have a unique LED light that is definitely a standout feature. Again, don't say it's an inspiration and irritate us. You were part of Sammobile. We expect some good facts from you, not this nonsense. Know the facts
Did you even watch the whole video lol The stem design was 100% inspired by Apple. The design allowed for better microphone quality, as i stated. Samsung didn't invent the stem design and got the idea from somewhere
It's funny how many lost their minds over samsung adopting the current design ergonomics, believing its somehow IP belonging to Apple!lol Apple copied the design too, sorry apple fan-atics..it's the truth.
@techwithbenefits Don't force your opinion on others. The stem design is completely different, which is triangular in design and has a black line on the top. AirPods Pro 2 doesn't have that design. How can anyone get confused unless they don't know anything?
@SaiMadhavPannala just because it has a triangle shape, doesn't mean the concept of a stem wasn't inspired by Apple. Also, look up the difference between the words inspired and copied.

I agree that the stem is common place, but Samsung the clear hold out. The point about Apple being right was more to do with things like the microphone and touch controls being better placed. The blade design facilitates much better functionality for both of those things. So the stem or blade is the right design for these, and unfortunately, Apple was right from the beginning about it is my main point
@techwithbenefits ah, I see where you're getting at and yeah for the most part they did get the position right faster than a lot of others, but it's not like samsung would have many places for the controls in the first place. There are three sides to the blade design, with one being covered. Then, they are on both sides of the blade while apple went with the single "side of a circle"🤣🤣 making the controls and layout completely different as there is also the sensor on the top of airpods whilst buds 3 don't. Obviously, this is all coming from just a user and not someone who takes deeper looks but isn't the airpods buttons on the bottom while the buds 3 are a little up the stem and also smaller? (button size) and waiting for samsung to put on a stem has felt like waiting for apple to have a native calculator 🤣🤣
