Maybe use a Capricorn Tube in replacement of the original PTFE tube, less VOC & can support higher temperature

Hi Is it possible to make a video showing how to update Marlin in the T3. The Sunlu update contains Marlin and some other files.

      and how was it?

@@omegadeepblue1407I completely forgot to come back here. For the price I got it for £120 it’s very good. It was easy to set up and had consistently printed well I did buy a new print bed as I prefer pei plates. But compared to an ender it’s a lot easier to set up and get printing all you have to do is set up the gantry and then set the z offset and it’s ready. The fast mode on it isn’t very good as the part cooling isn’t good enough to have cooled the previous layer before the next one is being printed e.g. on the benchy tower it ends up leaning because the part cooling is on one side. I turn fast mode off and run it at 100mm/s and it prints well just not really the 150 advertised maybe with better part cooling fast mode could work but I haven’t modded anything on it yet

@@charlesyoung8600 it’s not bad but it is no different then an ender 3 And at the price there are just way better printers like the Elegoo

I partly agree. I've had this T3 for approx. 1 month and like it... but ... the reviewer did a good job explaining the pitfalls. Tighten all the nuts and screws... align and level properly. Experiment with calibration prints and upgrade the PTFE tube. Mine makes a clicking noise when the bed slings around and thank you for pointing out the belt rub issue. The price of an Ender 3 pro is almost same price. I'm a newbie and retired, and so I have invested the past month in this printer and now understand a bit more how to run it. For someone who just wants to print-and-go, this video will help, but i would probably not make this my first purchase, eventhough it's inexpensive. I still like it (bought some ender spare parts on Amazon) but looking back, I should have bought an original ender or looked at a direct extruder model. There's always next year :)

Wym this printer is now $120 I say its a still and has way better features then others that cost more, like a auto leveler, metal extruder and feed sensors. I was going to get the Voxlab X2 but I think this is actually built better.

I bought one of these and i have to say its a waste . your guide is good but even after all the leveling offsets etc etc i have not been able to print a single thing with this printer . it either wont stick or sticks first layer then screws up the rest . etc etc followed many videos and instreuction's just aint worth it , my any cuibic worked way better

    An expensive paperweight!
This is what you will get if you buy a product from Sunlu, good luck trying to buy a spare part
