"You better get going, actually. Milk gets sour, you know... Unless it's UHT milk. But there's no demand for that because it's shite." Has for a long time been one of my favourite lines in anything ever.
I was in Ireland then. I'm American, Father Ted was huge. I came home to find out I'd just missed my highschool "friend" Matt Le Blanc @ a bar who had just secured the one million per episode. He played Joey in other shows that sucked I totally didn't get it.but we did see a limo outside his mom's house. Everyone was saying they met Matthew Perry. I was like who? What? It was Thanksgiving time
@@johnnyr2646 not really because he died. It was huge by then in Europe like many bands that didn't crossover like Take That. It was also a time of huge controversy in the Church. I doubt American Priests would have been amused. Also it's a BBC production not RTE. His death was tragic but never the reason the program was late to America. When it came out I didn't have cable. Our TV finished after The Nanny around midnight, if not 11:30 with the national anthem then snow on the screen.
"Do you think the babies are copying his style?"....."No Dougal, it's more likely that Pat Mustard has been....delivering more than dairy products"....pure genius in the writting there 😂
Those women should be ashamed of themselves for having sex with a stranger without thinking of the consequences of their actions such as premarital infants. That is just irresponsible.
My God, pun intended, there will never be enough thanks in the world to thank the friend that introduced me to this show back in the day. The IT Crowd has stellar moments, but Father Ted is just the funniest thing ever produced.
I will be forever grateful to my Uncle Dana for introducing me to this program. I always loved British comedies, but this one is Head and shoulders above the rest.
Rip DermotJ Morgan 🕯️🙏🍀gone way to soon this show was absolutely brilliant 👍 always love watching father ted and mrs browns boys aye its grand 🍀🍀 cheers stevo 🍀🍀👍
I always struggle identifying the best episode to watch as a referral for Canadian friends that don't know the joys of Father Ted. Not anymore. Speed has it all followed by Eurosong
Let's be honest what woman could resist a man like Ted Mustard. He just seems perfect .Mind you I am on Husband number 7 and just seem to of had some bad luck.
"I Love My Brick!"
😆😁😆😁😆
The softer side of Father Hackett...
❤😂❤😂❤

The writing in this sitcom is genius, how is it not as popular as friends is beyond me
The actor who played Father Ted died from a heart attack before the show could really continue to get bigger.
was thinking the same.
It's better than freinds goddamn Yankee bullshite

Pat Mustard absolutely stole this episode! And that's saying something among that talented cast!! 😂
It's a pity they killed him off, I thought he could have had his own spin off series.
“Those woman were in the nip”. I don’t think I’ve laughed so much in my life 😂
Those women should be ashamed of themselves for having sex with a stranger without thinking of the consequences of their actions such as premarital infants. That is just irresponsible.
@@Paleopal66 Have another meal.
One of the best episodes in the series ❤ pure genius. We'll never see this level of brilliance ever again.
"You wouldn't be advising the use of artificial contraception now Father? Would ya?"
Comedy gold😂😂
My favorite memories working on carnival cruise lines is piling into someone's cabin and watching father Ted and black adder and Seinfeld
Dougal is the son Ted never had
BEST. EPISODE. EVER!

This is the best episode. Totally hilarious
Hard to pick the best episode, but this is up there.
@BoyerRanch This is only my second episode - my first being the "racist" one. I was howling with laughter. This one is just as funny!!!
Best episode without question. Stumbled upon this the first time I had to pause from all the laughter.
I'm doing that right now. This is only my second episode and I'm having to pause and rewatch from laughing so hard!!!

omg Mrs. Doyle's laugh is outta this world 😆😆😆.
“We can certainly trust you Father, you’re a man of God” .... “Oh yeah! Thanks for reminding me!”
This was the first episode I found that got me hooked on father Ted
9:20 something I never noticed before - how fast Pat Mustard was - “Right, no we wait. Oh no, he’s finished” 😂
he had to be fast, he had like 10 women to do on his route.

The Chinese and the three bishops episodes are contenders too. Agree milky man is number 1.
@@TerryClarkAccordioncrazy id say the plane episode or father stack
@@gui18bif Ah yes Father Stack was superb. Then there was the whistle theft, Mr Benson.
Kicking Bishop Brennan up the arse!? Come on, that's got to be the best one by far? 😝
Season 3 is probably the best season of Father Ted.
14:04. Lord Almighty, look at those two pints of milk!
Start to finish, front to back, comedy gold!’Feck it,fed up with breek’
This is the best episode of anything ever
Hilarious stuff! All the side characters and jokes in this episode are so memorable.
Best sitcom ever!
The pythonesque music in parts is perfect.. anyone else think Pat Mustard looks kind of like one of the bishops that visits in a other episode?
Thanks y'all for reintroducing me to the music of Syd Dale in this episode. I love his work!
1:11 7:54 *Rimmers (from Red Dwarf) salute* I AM DAVE! YOGNOUGHT, AND I HAVE THE BALLS!
Just love this show!
19:04 proper shite talk out of him 🤣
Absolutely loved! Ted has a great patience
My favourite episode ever.
So many awesome episodes I’ve watched rewatched them all many many times but this one is still as funny as feck
Poor Mrs. Doyle, her crush is dead. Poor Father Ted, gets hit on the head a lot. Not sorry for Jack though -- he usually finds a way to adapt!
The box sequence was genius. 😂
The best version of SPEED 3
17:39 is it just me or does he look exactly like Father Ben
and he taught Elvis Presely how to play karate 😂😂
'Father Ted' series is always good for 'A bit of a Laugh!' A Day without Dougal is actually a wasted day, IMO.
Such great writing and acting
The first and the only Irish Don Juan I've heard of.
I owe Gail Fitzpatrick my credit card number.
More like 4 pints.
pat mustard and his massive tool lol
7:30.
☮
Her infatuation with the milkman reminds me a bit of the egg lady in Pink Flamingos.
"THOSE WOMEN WERE IN THE NIP!"
Good gods this was the stuff
Google Ted and Miss dowell. Great cast!
Just fekkin Dougal it.
Fuckin Captain Kangaroo gets the women!
My bet??? Somebody had a buzz on when writing😅
Back to the DVDs as adverts every 3 minutes makes it less fun.
Do you think the babies are copying his style 😂😂😂
Lol 13:59
Heeeeey Shortie
Speed!
Speed 3
The lost finale of the trilogy:
Speed - "The Bus That Couldn't Slow Down"
Speed 2 - The one with the cruise ship
Speed 3 - Now it's a milk float.
If people don't even shave their babies??????? Nnanananahahahaha!!!!
This show is.
