This was a reference to Nicole Richie who was a former best friend of Paris Hilton's. After having a very public falling out with Paris Hilton, Nicole fell into complete obscurity from the celebrity sphere of the time.

To think that people I've relied upon to keep me sane over the past decade or so, started playing a game that, to this day, I have never touched once, even after they re-released the original. Thanks for being here, with all of us.
I remember playing on The Venture Co back in Vanilla/TBC era, I was not part of YOGS but had a fair few run ins with them. One trick they used to do was "RP Rezzing" Where they would stand juuuust on the edge of the drop down in to the lava in Blackrock Mountain, and when you accepted a rez you ended up infront of them and pummited to your doom. And considering Blackrock mountain was a massive PvP zone back in the day, this happened all the time. Fun days to be sure!
In classic, we got into Mount Hyjal and summoned (being a warlock) under water under the the Tree of Life and killing them without giving them the Unending Breath. Laughing so much as they were introduced to the unavailable zone.

@@Cheesepuff8 There are different servers in WoW. Back in the day the different servers couldn't interact with each other. The Yogs were somewhat infamous for pulling some stupid pranks on their fellow Alliance players such as, like they mentioned in the video. summoning people into their deaths or resurrecting people in a way that would make them fall into lava or the likes, killing them again. These are pretty minor pranks compared to how they would horribly gank Horde guilds, when they were preparing for raids.
