Guessing we can. Not like in America where they have problems with this. I want to do this, but need to know legally we can
No, there is no problem recording inside the mall. To be safe don’t film at jewellery or diamonds shops in the mall for safety purposes. Couple of malls in Auckland do not allow recording, I can give you names if you want to, then send me message on Instagram and my id is “TravelWithZora2022”

I have tried to see what our rights are and our constitutional rights are, but it's a bit messy and not that well displayed. I will continue with what I feel is right here. I found an article about scanning qr codes for some reason hundreds of thousands of people in New Zealand had to do it to go to stores for a while they are there in this mall

Yeah, it was mandatory when we were in fully lockdown a year ago to scan q r codes to minimise the spread of covid.
During covid we had to scan those codes
The technology in the article is a little weird like did the verge publish this
I think I saw some mall videos in us or Canada they had screens showing verge media around the mall so that makes sense good job everybody
