- 30 दिसम्बर 2022 को जारी किये गए इस Office Memorandum के द्वारा 1965 से लेकर 2019 तक हाउस रेंट एलाउन्स (House Rent Allowance) HRA के सम्बन्ध में जितने भी आदेश जारी किए गये थे, उन सभी Office Memorandum को निरस्त कर दिया गया है और अब आपके लिए हाउस रेंट एलाउन्स (House Rent Allowance) HRA के सम्बन्ध में नये आदेश लागू हो गये हैं।

सर,नगर निगम की सीमा से हवाई दूरी मापने का कोई गवर्नमेंट ऑर्डर हो तो उपलब्ध कराने की कृपा करे ।सहायक अभियंता पीडब्ल्यूडी सड़क से दूरी की माप कर रहे है।जिससे दूरी 800मीटर अधिक हो जा रही है।जबकि हवाई दूरी में 7.100km हो रहा है।

जिनको किसीकारणवश अपना घर नहीं है तो Pensioner को , हाउस रेंट (अपना घर होने तक) देना चाहिए । Govt. को इस बारे में इस बज़ट में गम्भीरता से इस सम्बन्ध में अवश्य विचार करना चाहिए । अगर उनका कोई भी बच्चा Service में नहीं हो ????????

Basic pay ke hisaab se HRA dene ka kya matlab hai? Sidha X cities ke liye 25000, Y city ke liye 20000 or Z ke liye 15000 fix hona chahiye.
Fir bhai jiska basic pay 1lac se jyada hoga uska to loss ho jyga...1lac ka 27% 25000 se jyada h

There should be a realistic minimum HRA and then apply percentage.
Guruji 8 किलोमीटर की शर्त को पूरा करने के लिए कर्मचारियों से जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय से सर्टिफिकेट जारी कराने का औचित्य मूखर्तापूर्ण इसलिए लग रहा है कि क्या नक्शे से यह पता नहीं लगाया जा सकता कि X, Y श्रेणी के शहर से सटा हुआ कौन सी तहसील, कस्बा या गांव है । अन्यथा यह जानकारी हर जिले की वैबसाइट पर उपलब्ध होती ही है।

Payment of rent should be online
Bcz DDO not accepting notary affidavit rent agreement
Not accepting receipt for the payment....

Or pahle mai ALP tha.lkin eye problam ke Karan mujhe decategorize kar mera posting, jis office me ALP ka kam kar raha tha us office se 5 km dur dusara department me join kara Diya gaya hai or pale HRA milraha tha jab mai ALP tha lekin ab band kar Diya gaya hai,or ab bolta hai ki Naya form bhar kar HRA diya jaye ga . Or Jo Naya form bhara hai HRA ke liye unko 2 year ho gaya abhi tak HRA nahi mila. To jab mera pahle se HRA mil Raha tha to fir se Naya for Q bharunga please help me
सर रेलवे में कोई ऐसा नियम हो तो बताने का कष्ट करें जिसमें बताया गया हो कि सीनियर की बेसिक कभी भी जूनियर से ज्यादा रही हो तो उसे कम नही किया जा सकता है जब कि दोनों का सलेक्शन एक ही पैनल से हुआ हो।

HRA office ki location pe depend karta hai. Chahe aapka apna khud ka makaan ho ya na ho.
I am residing in government quarters since last 20 years. And I constructed my own house in the same city by taking the House building advance from office Now I would like to move my new house. But the office is not allowing me to surrender the govt quarters. I am also not essential staff. Also the people recruited just now they have not allotted the govt quarters even after vacant house are available. If I shift the house by own then they are not providing the HRA. Please advise in this regards.

I am a regular viewer of this channel. You have already made a video on VRS. Clearly discussed Rule 48 and 48A of pension rule.
However, it has been amended from Dec 20th, 2021. Now the employee who has completed 30 yrs of service cannot apply for VRS but who has completed 20 yrs of service can apply for VRS.
Therefore, you are earnestly requested to make a video on it. In spite of this new notification, can an employee apply for VRS after completion of 30 years of service ?

Kindly guide if both husband and wife are government employees of different departments and posted at the same city. The staff quarter is allotted to the wife, please guide, is the HRA admissible to the husband as both are residing in the same quarter.

HRA क्या मार्केट में लिये जा रहे किराये के कमपैटीबल है ??? क्या गवर्मेंट कभी सर्वै करती है ।।। हो ये रहा है कि इम्प्लाइज भरता ८००० है और मिलता है ५५०० ।। यदि छूट देनी है तो मकान मालिक का पैन नम्बर चाहिए पर छोटे शहरों में कोई मकान मालिक आनलाइन पेमेंट पर रेंट लेते ही नहीं और कैश मांगते हैं...और पैन नम्बर देते ही नहीं ।। यदि किसी इम्प्लाइ को काम करना है तो किराये पर घर लेना मजबूरी है या फिर मंहगा लोन लेकर घर खरीदना मजबूरी है जबकि सरकारी आवासों की हालात ही खराब है और सरकारी अवकाश मिल ही नहीं पाता है।

Galat h govt ka ye rule.. Cost cutting krne ka achha tarika nikala h govt ne.. Kisi ke maa baap govt employee h aur unka ladka bhi employee h to kya wo apne maa baap ke sath nhi rh skta..ab ye to wohi baat ho gyi maa baap ke sath rhega to uska HRA katega. Iska matlab apne maa baap ko chhod de wo.. Ese to koi bhi apne maa baap ke sath nhi rhega.

Still it needs clarification. When an employee posted in a z category works in a A category town on loan basis, how HRA will be paid. It is on loan basis not on deputation basis.
HRA will be admissible on the basis of location of his pay drawing office.

Hello sir, i am an employee of central government autonomous institution.
Staff quarters are available in our institute campus, we are living in our own house in the same city where institute is located. Institute is not giving HRA as the many quarters are vavated not occupied.
We are paying EMI , municipal taxes for our own houses.
And we are not getting HRA in our salary.
We have requested management to start HRA but they denied on the ground of staff quarters are vacated and they can not provide hra until the quarter will be occupied.
As per new OM, what should we do?
