No additional NOTIONAL increment is admissible on promotion in 2022 after getting benefit of MACP in 2017. His/Her basic pay will be placed in Level 4 only on same figure (if available) or next higher figure.

I work in Goa.. and here in goa there is some kind of confusion and word of mouth has been spread that the employee cannot take option 2 (DNI) if he gets promoted or MACPS within the period of 2nd July to 31st December... But as per the 7th CPC circular, employee can opt for DNI if he/she gets promotion/MACPS during above said period... i was promoted in August 2021, So during my fixation, I have faced the problem where everyone told me that I cant take option 2 of DNI... Still I Met the higher authority from accounts department to discuss this issue.. and he confirmed that i can take option... But still already the wrong information has been spread all over govt. Departments in Goa that Employee cant opt for option 2 if he gets promoted or macps during July to December.. and the one who gets promotion or macp durin January to june shud compalsary opt for option 2... This is a big issue in my point of view.. as wrong practice has been implemented here... Therefore i request you to guide me in this case and please tell me what steps can I take to convey this issue to The account department so that they can initiate the action to resolve this issue and come up with the notification to clarify this to all the govt. department... Please help 🙏

My basic as on aug 16th 87500. f I exercise option 1 then after notional increment in lvl 10 my pay is fixed in lvl 11 as 91100 and my next increment will be in july 23. At that time PAOs were not clearing next higher cell in all cases. Now, it has been cleared that Next higher cell will be given in all cases for the intermittent period from date of MACP/Promotion to the date of next increment.

I am married now and I have received letter for terminal benefits.
I am aware that I won’t be eligible for pension but Would I be eligible for gratuity?

Sir I am NRI now and I don’t live in India anymore and according to letter they are asking me submit adhar card and pan card which I can’t submit anymore since I am not a Indian citizen anymore, I told them I have OCI( outside citizen of India) card but they are not giving me specific answer .

My Question is Promotion date I choose option form with increment date
No further fixation is admissible on promotion after MACP. Only the difference of GP or Level will be granted.

I work in Goa.. and here in goa there is some kind of confusion and word of mouth has been spread that the employee cannot take option 2 (DNI) if he gets promoted or MACPS within the period of 2nd July to 31st December... But as per the 7th CPC circular, employee can opt for DNI if he/she gets promotion/MACPS during above said period... i was promoted in August 2021, So during my fixation, I have faced the problem where everyone told me that I cant take option 2 of DNI... Still I Met the higher authority from accounts department to discuss this issue.. and he confirmed that i can take option... But still already the wrong information has been spread all over govt. Departments in Goa that Employee cant opt for option 2 if he gets promoted or macps during July to December.. and the one who gets promotion or macp durin January to june shud compalsary opt for option 2... This is a big issue in my point of view.. as wrong practice has been implemented here... Therefore i request you to guide me in this case and please tell me what steps can I take to convey this issue to The account department so that they can initiate the action to resolve this issue and come up with the notification to clarify this to all the govt. department... Please help 🙏

Sir, thanks for uploading useful video. But in my case, my macp date falls on 16th August 22 from 10 to lvl 11. My basic as on aug 16th 87500. f I exercise option 1 then after notional increment in lvl 10 my pay is fixed in lvl 11 as 91100 and my next increment will be in july 23. If I exercise option 2, what will be my new pay. Which one is better for me. Thanks.

At that time PAOs were not clearing next higher cell in all cases. Now, it has been cleared that Next higher cell will be given in all cases for the intermittent period from date of MACP/Promotion to the date of next increment.
