- One Book July is almost here! I can't decide between my Mystics Little gifts pocket plus carbon traveler's notebook, and my Traveler's Company (Midori) standard brown tn. I did pick up a few Moleskine notebooks for my happy birthday :D Oe is from the Moleskine Pro Collection on sale!

The "daily" issue for me was resolved with the hybrid "weekly-daily" adopted by several people in the bullet journal community: prettyprintsandpaper, sunshineandstationery, bohoberry and betweenthesteps, to name just a few. The weekly spans two pages and, depending on your layout, has enough space for daily notes. Good luck, whatever you decide to do.
I have a moleskine professional journal too (the one with the index and numbered pages). I’m excited to use it!

I actually like your pocket notebook. I thought first its from foxy fix or something. Is it from mystic little gifts? ( oh man, I absolutely get what you said about the sleeping problems. I also changed my evening habits now.)

I'm actually upsizing - technically? from a Pocket and B6 combo to a Standard TN. I've made it my wallet to cancel out the need for the Pocket and am getting rid of all of my inserts from my B6 and simplifying to straight bullet journaling with the help of some of your past videos. I started the new system last week already and it has already made life feel much easier. I had made my previous system way too complicated to the point that I didn't even want to plan or journal. I haven't felt this excited for either in a long time. :) Thanks for the motivation!

Yes! I tend to make notes on plot and character development long hand (I couldn’t do it any other way as it helps me to think!) however I do use scrivener and I love it 😊 m at a strange stage at the moment as the plot seems to want to go in a way I didn’t intend so I’m just using my notebook at the moment to grapple with that❤️ thank you so much for the interest 🤗

That looks similar to a B5, but Moleskine is an american company, so it's probably a boutique/proprietary sizing. B5 and Composition (in Australia we say Exercise book size) are very very similar. I'd definitely say very similar to B5 sizing. The B sizes are in between the A sizes, half a B5 is a B6, half an A4 is A5 etc. Heaps of info online if you need it, just search 'international paper sizes'.

Great ideas😊 I am an A6 person in a Meadowgate Leather TN for journaling and doodles. I use a Weeks and Bullet for work. My One Book July is to learn digital for work, we have Microsoft Outlook and for work digital means sharing calendars. That is my project and I have already been doing these other books and they work. The other thing is putting together my pencil case forget one pen for me😜 I plan to post pictures on Facebook group as I am not a You Tuber.

If you are trying to start a channel in the planner community, start with what you have! This community is very forgiving of bad lighting and weird camera angles as long as you have something to share and it’s helpful. Good luck, I hope you do it. Let me know 😊

I’ve been camping ⛺️ You know how it is COLORADO! What I’ve learned is if you want to lose weight or start a new challenge, you don’t have to start at the 1st of the month. Make a commitment and say, “I’m starting now, in the month of the month, in the middle of the challenge😃 You can have OBJ in August if you want to. Whatever helps you out. There are plenty of OBJ videos out there for you to feel like it’s OBJ anytime. Rhomany even has a channel dedicated to all the OBJ videos. Have fun with it, Lady ☺️
I think the black moleskine is size B5. A5 size is exactly half A4 size, A6 size exactly half of A6 etc. I´m not sure if the B sizes uses the same system but the moleskine you have looks about the same as my B5 Kokuyo notebook in comparison with my A5 hobo
Sigrún Ella Meldal I wonder! I know the B5 TNs are not as big as the A5, but notebooks in B5 might be different. It’s a mystery🧐
You're thinking of B6 TNs, lovely. They're approximately 5x7. Hope that helps!
UPDATE: I didn't read your description properly and I've found the answer to the first question. :)
If I was to order one, I'd likely get standard size but I'm just curious what specifications you ordered for your personal size? Is yours just a classic design with no customization options, 8 elastics and a 3'' spine?
The company is out of stock at the moment, but hopefully they'll restock the carbon soon!

1. What brand is your pocket size notebook? It's so beautiful and thick and the colour looks lovely! Is it grey/olive?
2. Apart from the vellum, what cover material do you use to cover/bind your printable insert from Plannerpedia?

P.S. I think your Moleskine is B5 size :)
It is a pocket Carbon by MLG and it’s just the plus size with six strings. I think the spine is two inches but when you choose pocket plus it chooses for you. It’s a very grey color no green tint at all. I just buy from Walmart or Hobby Lobby the pack of kraft paper to cover my printables 🙂
