The Japanese coach should have told her players to just go out and have some fun as you have already won this tournament before , could have made a difference . The Spanish team would also have given an extra 10% to avoid coming so close just to lose again . As I have said before the losing team will always work that 10% harder to win .
I don't think Japan is stronger than Spain. At least not in this tournament. Spain were consistently the best team in this cup from beginning to end, though only slightly above Japan and Brazil.
