    Hey Sunny! Any advice on how to meditate when the body is in constant fight or flight mode with head tightness and unable to change thoughts to more positive? Any advice would be appreciated! 🙏🏻💕✨

      Hi Jackie, Don’t ever try to change thoughts into anything. In those moments simply observe the restlessness in the body. Observe without judgement or description or motive. Simply observe. This will lead the way for you

    If there is only one thing, are those thoughts not “us” also? That we are in fact everything? Otherwise this is another duality, non? Is this the first part of truth eg. I am nothing and then I am everything.
    It’s not that there is no doer, rather there is no separate doer to life and you are that.
    Thank you for clarity as sometime confusing if only dropping on a persons video in isolation. Gratefully.

    Sunny thank you for your videos🙏🙏, I have anxiety and OCD, doctor advised me to practice meditation, I'm practising observing meditation since 1 year, I'm better than initial stage, but sometimes I'm getting more anxiety and intrusive thoughts, I'm unable to observe, I'm feeling like I'm engaging with them. During observing meditation also sometimes I feel like am I observing or thinking, am I really an observer or am I thinking like an observer? What is the difference?I'm getting repetitive thoughts during meditation, my mind is continuously thinking.what can I do during that time. Please advise...

      I can relate to your problem. No matter how many thoughts come, let them come, 100,200 etc. but there is something that is constantly acknowledge of them.. The differnece is all the thoughts come and go but the thing which spots them is same spotting them. That’s what I believe.

    But sunny, if we end up as awareness, don’t you think there is impediment to our daily activities, cooking, working. But what I believe is, since we are human beings we have to perform our duties and responsibilities? Can you please clear my doubt.

      Hey! Saying same thing again and again in different way because the truth in only ONE I.e the observer… he is trying to make it easy as much as possible and also because different questions of self enquiry works differently to different people 😊😊
