Mera loan may 2021me alot hua and CGTMSE charge within few day me debit hua par next year charge march 2022 me debit ho gaya but I want to close account, branch manager se baat hua email bhi kiya to unhone bataya refund mushkil hai. How can i claim a refund???

Sir I applied for mudra loan for 10 lakh in pnb and I got it now bank is saying that you will have to pay 1.5% + gst of total loan every year as cgtmse. Is it genuine demand? If I will pay then where they adjust this amount. Please sir reply me I am very confused.
