We went to Walmart for the bulk of our groceries this week. Picked up a few other goodies as well since our son, Bryce, is turning 13 this week.

I have a 12 yo and we each get a halo top every week. I just eat half at a time but could totally eat the whole thing. The peanut butter is my favorite.

Hey Vanessa if you don't know you can sub premier protein shake instead of milk for the pudding. It gets ya extra protein and less fat.

Being in a calorie deficit is 5he best thing for weight loss I'm not sure what diet your doing but I wouldn't push to get in calories

I am in a calorie deficit but you don’t want to not eat enough, especially when I am also strength training. It’s not just about weight loss, it’s about being healthy.

If it’s the same as milk I’m not a fan. We’ve tried freezing milk in the past and the taste is just not the same.
