The strive for medicine is a lot and I think the cut off mark should be from almost 300

I can tell you for free that you can study medicine with a Jamb score of 256. I’m a 500l medicine student and I got 221 in my Jamb but I scored 90% in my Post UME. I’m not sure how the system works now but yea.

It's possible but highly risky and hard. It also depends on the school you want to apply to. Nonetheless, you'll need to work very very hard towards acing your putme, cos I won't advice you apply to a school that conducts screening.
