im 5'10 16 with a 36 inch max vert my goal is to get to 40 by the end of the year
You got that! I'm same height with a 37" vert hoping to reach 40" by summer
im currently 13 with a 22.5 inch approach vertical could you tell me what you do to get more inches on my vertical good job by the way

@lebronhollis6121 why does that matter, virtical is same for every height, for example I'm 5'10, with a 31 inch vertical, I can grab the rim.
I’m also 13 and six foot but I’m 200 pounds with a lot a muscle I think I’m overweight I can’t dunk
Low rim dunks tennis ball dunks if you can’t touch rim aim for that u should be doin max jumps and trying to do things you can’t aim for something you can’t currently do
