Being from Iowa, I haven’t been to the Iowa State Fair in 10 years and I didn’t even know that was a thing, best thing for me at the Iowa State Fair when I went was Navajo Tacos!
I was right with the jam but not the beef. The jam, if they ain’t giving you a lot of something cheap, it’s “expensive”. For the beef, I thought the sundae bowl was a bougie restaurant “art piece”. I get why they put it as a sundae, to walk and eat.
