Hey I hope you all enjoy this delicious Cheese and Bacon Scone round! It is so lovely and a family favourite in our wee hoosie! Apologies about the end graphic lol! I must have uploaded the wrong edit! Never mind I'll get there next time! Have a lovely weekend everyone, thanks for your support and comments as always, Angie x
Hi Angie! So good to see you again! Oh yes, I’m definitely going to make this tomorrow! I’m making bean with bacon soup from scratch and this will go lovely with it. Glad paetron will be set up, but I’d support you with absolutely nothing in return. My husband thanks you for the unique recipes (after 42 years, I need some ideas…lol). ha thu iongantach, Angie. 😀
My daughter used to go to a childcare centre which made these but put the dough into muffin tins and the kids would love them to bits! I used to make them but sometimes I would use half tasty/cheddar cheese and half mozzarella to give it a touch of stringy creaminess.
Oh my goodness, this looks soooooo yummy! And pre-scoring is a great approach. Yes, I can certainly see where the whole thing would be gone in mere seconds. Blink once and it mysteriously disappears, lol. I ** absolutely ** will be making this soon. Thanks so much for sharing your recipe with us! 😋 💖
My grandma made that, with a few differences. She only used milk, no water, and sometimes she would use sausage or what ever she wanted to get used up.

Made it with Orkney cheese and Orkney butter. lovely. Wonder if you made it with tomato juice instead of water would it be a Scottish pizza.
Thank You Lady.

thank you very much ❤
I'm totally making that, I believe it would go great with my asparagus soup.
I’m going to make these this weekend. I’m sure they’ll be totally scrumptious! 🎉❤
Delish....never made scones in a round before. Def trying them this way!
looks delish
Thank you x
This looks amazing! Once I’m back on my feet again, I hope to try it!
Looks great! Thanks.
I should bring this to a cultural potluck with a little Scottish flag tucked in the centerpoint.
