Bafang mid-drive motors are really smooth. They have many options. Some riders like rear hub motors. But I think the mid-drive is better for a Etrike because you get more torque for hills and more gears on the cassette. Rear hubs limit the gears and have less power. ICE are amazingly smooth riding trikes. If they have full suspension, you barely notice the bumps. Worth checking out. I have been a customer for about 4 years and trust RoseCity (Robert and Jonathan) for all my trike needs. :) . PEACE.
@@kerryborodychuk6717 Not yet. For touring, the Scorpion Plus, AZUB trikes, Greenspeed touring model, and Catrike Dumont are more desirable simply because they fold and TRIOT trikes do not. Context is everything. If you are living conveniently next to a great rrail and don't need the design feature, the TRIOT trikes are the bomb. But they will cost you too.
