Can plan take off and land on both sides of runway? Or Karachi changes its runway face? Because you are on the right side of engine and usually we see airport building on left side while takeoff and landing

Yeah it can land on both sides, depends on the wind & other things

The plane can land on any side of the runway, mostly it depends on the air traffic controller of the airport / and the weather as well
