If my flight is also departing from the RWY 12 side, which window seat is it better to have, a right or a left? If I'm sitting on the right I'll see dubai as you saw but if I'm sitting on the left I'd see the palm, which is also spectacular during the night. Tough choice.

They lowered the engine power or thrust, as they only needed the extra power for takeoff, after takeoff the pilots reduce engine power.
