are they all running stock exhausts ? they all sound like shit , they dont sound aggressive enough nor lumpy enough , whole point for me in getting a cam is to get that massive lumpy sound and to be driven aggressive daily on the street .
These grinds are a bit old now. Single pattern cams work best on extremely efficient head cylinders with a I/E ratio of 75% These are more suitable for LS1 and LS2 engines. Not the square port. The I/E ratio is 65% favouring the intake so you need 1.5 of split for each percentage point degrees favouring the exhaust. You will be surprised the difference it makes. LS1 and LS2 heads need only 4-6 degrees of split. I have ran single pattern, dual pattern, and big splits and the best by far was the big split especially in the top end. With minimal loss down low. In fact the crossover point is at about 3500 where the differences are felt.

Bula, I have a VE Series 1 V6 - 2007 with Alloytec engine 195kw. Can I know if VCM 11 cams be installed in this engine or any suggestions on this. I have a cold air take and a xforce full exhaust system. Please if you could guide on this and I need it for everyday drive not to extreme mode. thanks

I'm running an LS3 with VCM 11 cam and Magnuson 2300 blower and it's perfect , 468 rwkw on 7psi using pump 98 fuel
Still prefer to have a car that handles , were shit box fords can't . So I have best of both worlds power and handling , all out package

Check out the cams oztrack stock shit all over vcm grinds. Oztrack hpa cam is a lumpy beast with standard stall. Have a look on youtube.

These cams are easy to tune and average dumb arse who buys them wants a low lsa so it sounds 'tough'. Cam i have being a 118 lsa blows them away!
