Some fabulous yummy looking ideas here! . I have never seen yeast free puff pastry. I'm in Canada and I've noticed we do not always have access to things that people in other countries do. Can these things be made with regular puff pastry?

I thought all of the recipes looked very good. Quite ingenious how many ways you can use the puff pastry! I also appreciated the speed of your video. People need to realize that not everyone in the world is as proficient as someone else. Everything looked really good but I think the directions are poorly given. Sometimes it doesn’t tell you how much of each thing to put in, so how are we supposed to make it? Looks good though.

That's quite an interesting idea. Why not, for the first one, anyway. I kinda skipped the rest because I am not enamoured of the whole thing. Too many fiddly things. But some decent appetiser ideas, to be fair. I would rather make larger puff pastry triangles and stuff them with leek and mushroom. Or use it for sausage rolls.
@@wkncoz3227 No millenial I -- I am familiar with all of these themes except Starsky and Hutch, and the are nothing like this muzak. They're all available on TH-cam -- check. Columbo has that whistling theme, Magnum has the deep bass pounding, and Kojak, while less memorable, actually has a bit of a tune.
You lost me when you added oil to the ground beef, added no herbs or flavour to the mince, and then put the pastry in the tins in two pieces. They must be bland as hell. Can’t watch anymore, sorry.

The puff pastry you are using looks fantastic! I couldn't find anything like it in any supermarket in Greece ... the ones we have are very thin!

Portuguese Egg Custards Tarts... Cream don't have condensed milk and they are baked at 250ºC for 5/10 min (brown)!!! Better taste them in Lisbon!! 🙂
