The saws are ground so that every other tooth is at the opposite angle. It means it should be a double setup and a more challenging project. Still very interesting and useful.

En mi opinión crea un redondeo del borde del diente. Hay que ver con un microscopio como resulta el ángulo de corte....

This is a great idea to ruin a blade, besides not sharpening the top of the tip and you cannot just purchase a diamond disc that's thick enough not to flex without spending a fortune. Solution- get a portable blade sharpener at harbor freight 60 bucks comes with a diamond disc
mechanism is cool.. but you have set the grinder vertical which will flatten the blades... destroying sharpness... set the grinder at an angle to perform sharpening...
My blades have face angle of 5 deg which means you need to grind alternate teeth then turn over change diamond wheel angle to -5 deg and cut the others. No problem with that except I havnt found a way to index 2 teeth. The blade is 255 and has 24 teeth so adjacent tips are 32mm and alternate teeth are about 64mm round the circumference. Ideas?

Not for the rake angle. The top bevel is where you adjust the angle. If you have a ATB (arlernate top bevel) grind you would set the angle to redress that. The face cut (rake) is typically 90 degrees perpendicular to the plate with a forward (positive) or backward (negative) degree of angle off of tangent, unless you are using a custom blade that has a rake angle some degree off perpendicular.
Great video,however you can just buy the sharpener on harbor freight. Is only 50 dls. All your materials combined, plus tools have to be more than that.
У зубьев разный угол заточки. При таком способе все зубья будут заточены под один угол. Это неправильно. Нужно было дать ход через два зуба, затем перевернуть диск и снова пройти. Тогда получится что надо.
