I just turned 50 a few weeks ago, and to be honest…it’s been bittersweet. I’ve been grieving the life I thought I would have, and looking forward to making the latter better. I recently started on a journey to healthier living and have been working out, making dietary changes where I can, and going to therapy more consistently. I like your gentle, nurturing personality and I enjoyed your vlog. New subbie. ❤

I noticed that this particular video doesn't have an intro or much talking at the beginning. As a viewer, we want to learn more about you as a person, so we can care about what you're actually doing in your day-to-day life. Start doing a bit more talking and explain why you're working out or why you are doing what you are doing. I want to add.. KUDOS!! for working out on a pretty consistent basis ( you've mentioned not working out for days in a previous video) I've been off the exercise wagon for months!😫 i I have to get back to it but it's so difficult! When i do I'm going to try hard to be consistent. Exercise and weight training are very important for the *mature * woman.
