I love the fact that the Lil guy helped and did alot of the work your teaching the fundamentals of life work for everything u want and need and ur set for life good stuff.
They made that almost exact frame around 10 years ago the Baja doodle bugs db30 and racer where around that look now a days Coleman has that frame but not as near as the bajas
ĴusTin 山όσᗪs 💥 nice , might just be one of those frames your talking about, this one may not be the Azusa the bars on this frame set back more than some bikes I’ve seen on the internet, I need to bend the bars forward for more leg room! Thanks for the info. Cheers
ATEM OFFROAD yea really Don’t think it’s a Azusa bike it might be a Baja with a skinnier frame and forks on that but someone could or made it that one or it’s a rare frame that I don’t know about
@Jman Playz 💥 nice, thanks for watching! That’s the same frame from beginning to end , my son and I sanded and painted it. Still a great great mini bike we restored together!
i wish i could add a picture here for you, ill describe the best i can.. the return spring slides over the shaft of the L looking bracket. one end of the spring hooks on the part that is vertical up. for the other end of the spring, there is a dimple in the gas tank, the spring "end" sets and seats in there. If i remember correctly the spring went on the bracket then everything bolts on together.. you may have to tweak the spring and bend it a little bit. but try not to break it..hope this help, sub to me!
Nick Phillips , no I used a #6 #7 bolt you can buy them long with threads all the way up to the head, I cut mine down to length. And also used locktite...
Nick Phillips yes this particular engine have a rotary vein governor, the spring and flap and linkage has been totally removed ! There is no more governor. On my set up
Great work, young man! Found my first mini bike in a trash pile. My uncle.and I took to his house and restored it.

@@ATEMOFFROAD also when you taped the new screw whole in did you use the original screw? If not what kind of screw and where to get it?

@@ATEMOFFROAD is the governor eliminated? With this setup it seems it doesnt connect the governor back unless i do some fabrication
