Thank you for this, I ordered a new bible ESV translation because I had this feeling that I needed to read the Bible I haven’t since I was a teenager(which isn’t even that long ago) I have felt such peace after starting to listen to this reading & am looking forward to reading my copy once it arrives
If it helps, even with ESV bibles i find it difficult to read, understand, or even keep interest at times. But i had this version of the bible when i was a kid and i loved reading it and that's when i got the most knowledge out of the bible's stories that where just as accurate as any other bible. But it was like a comic book version. They have a better one out now called Kingstone Bible Trilogy, its accurate as any other bible comic book style with great pictures in it. I read that and compare it to my ESV version too so i have fun and keep a good interest reading it more than i usually would with just a plain page book, its a great tool if you have kids too. Check it out.
Good stuff. I enjoy the ESV Study Bible quite a bit! It offers a bunch of insights, diagrams, and introductions for every book. BibleProject is a great free resource if you're into Bible study too 😁 Gid Bless

Numbers are for special interested, and hard to read and listen too.

The Dramatization is making the listener more interested to hear.
The audience aren't of an older age only there are younger ones ,too.
I do remember my daughter requested me to read something similar to this way of reading. Daily she will request to read another Chapter . She sat on my lap helped me holding the Holy Bible while I do the reading.
Resulted to this she was six years old asked a Pastor to Baptize her.
The problem of some Pastors they think age does matter to accept responsibility in Spiritual growth. My daughter cried a lot. She became distraught why the Pastor thought of the age why not focus that God is the one calling . 2 Chronicles 7:14.

I have to wrap her around my arms comforted her . Let her understand the standard . I have encouraged her to study more . Each year my daughter and son attended Summer Bible Camp .
The second year upon her return she approached me she wants to accept Jesus as her Christ. I have told her , I will accompany her to talk to the Pastor if that's what she really wanted to do.
Later after Church Service she was plunged into the body of water and has been Baptized . She received the deposit of the Holy Spirit that day.
After two years her brother also desired to accept Jesus and been Baptized in water and In Spirit .
They have grown all along the Tests and Trials followed them for Spiritual Purification
They are both now rested in Jesus Christ prepared for the resurrection.
I do understood God saved them from this Antichrist activities in this End Times.
Though it hurts at times that they aren't physically with me but I must Obey God's Will.His Will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Jesus obeyed The Father God in Heavenly Realm to die for our sins to have us be forgiven our past sins . Jesus obeyed. Who am I to question God ?
Read The Letter of JUDE (physical brother of Jesus )in the Book of Jude . We are commanded to share Jesus Christ Gospel of His Second Coming. Revelation 22:20;
We must be part of Christ Body " Church in Greek Ekklessia meaning called out ones". Believe, Repentance Deliverance and Breakthrough through the Cleansing of The Holy Spirit .

Ezekiel 36:25-27 these are so necessary to Receive Salvation :
Water Baptism and Baptism of The Holy Spirit. To remain closer to Father God in Heavenly Realm and Jesus Christ .
The 1 Corinthians 12 Gifts of The Holy Spirit receiving The Holy Spirit helps us glued to God .
