    One of the most essential apps that is also available in desktop is Pure synth platinum 2. it’s the Kontakt of IOS music production and a goto app for all kind of rompler sounds like violins, ensembles, guitars, horns, etc. high quality stuff.

      For sure we love puresynth and gospel musicians! We've featured pure synth in a ton of videos :)

    The channel I’ve been looking for! Subbed.
    Bought an iPadPro after some time out from having a MacBookPro and to my delight it’s doing everything I hoped for and more. (Combining field recordings, acoustic guitar, mixing amps and pedals) and singing too. Just for my own fun.
    Cheers. Love your videos.

    I've been downloading all the synth apps i can find on my ipad pro. I'm curious who would make a top notch keyboard controller, with the best synth or semi weighted action, and at least 61 full size keys? Also mod and pitch on the left. I think this would be an ideal setup not needing a laptop and having touch screen without the need to move a mouse. Also are you able to map controls for these synth apps to controllers knobs and sliders? Thanks!

      IK Multimedia makes some great iRig keyboards but personally I'm a bit font of the m-audio keystations :)

    What do you think would be a good auv3 for saturation and a doubler. I’m wanting to start mixing metal vocals and I see decapitator on pc and different doublers used. Any idea or other auv3 recommendations?

    • @MobileMusicPro
      @MobileMusicPro  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I doubt version 2 will but I'm sure if/when they release a version 3 that v3 most certainly will.

    • @MobileMusicPro
      @MobileMusicPro  ปีที่แล้ว

      There is no Kontakt yet, there is DecentSampler but no Kontakt yet, hopefully now that Logic Pro dropped on iPad more larger companies like that will make an iOS version. Many have already come to the platform like pianoteq, fabfilter, ikmultimedia and much more.

    If only vital vst or serum came to the iPad that would have been perfect . I’m a sound engineer and I just can’t make music without making my own sounds from 0 so that’s a big disappointment..

    • @MobileMusicPro
      @MobileMusicPro  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are loads of iOS apps that allow you to make sounds from scratch. Synths of all kinds (modular, additive, fm, grain + more), Drum synths of all kind specifically for making drums and basses from scratch, and of course loads of desktop ports designed for combining sounds together like sampletank, sampletron and more. There's very little you can't do on the iPad that you can do on desktop.

    Early days of iPad production?!?! I don't think so :|

    • @MobileMusicPro

  • @PHDWhom
    @PHDWhom 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Wait, do you seriously not know that iPad has been around for over a decade and quite usable in music production for the same amount of time? It is most decidedly not early days for music production on an iPad.

    • @MobileMusicPro
      @MobileMusicPro  2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Well it's still early days in the sense that it's only been around since 2012 and we only got the auv3 standard in 2016 and we only just got mouse support with a real file system in 2019 so yah still early days and still aloooong way to go and I'm here for the ride, let's go!
