I love the way you prepare draft first and than cut on the main material. Actually thats the beauty of your teaching; as if we dont undetstand how to prepare draft first than how would we stitch? Hello Thank you so much for your straight forward and excellent demonstration. After 2 days of struggling with the lining & sleeve insertion, thanks to you I finally completed this garment for my grand daughter. a big thumbs up from Perth Australia.
I am in the process of stitching a simple jacket with darts. Lapel will not be there in this since its the first time I am stitching with lining. I have completed the cutting of lining and the woolen fabric. Tomorrow I will start stitching. Thank you for very clear and detailed instructions.
except the colorful pattern that you use for main fibre which is eyesore, your performance and technique are awesome! maybe you are the great designer to be, Donlarrie.

My first time here, n I'm so impressed, you're a good teacher, am been watching many jacket tutorials but I don't understand , but now I'm very very understand, b4 u tell me to subscribe I have already press it
I tried to make the jacket today. Didn't come out as beautiful as yours and certainly not as easy as watching it. 1. by the time i was assembling the pieces together i discovered that the collar was shorter than the length of the back neckline i.e from one notch to the other. I had to tweak it a bit. Then the point where the collar meets the lapel had k-leg. I guess i'll have to either do the pattern again or something. I definitely will try again. Practice makes perfect! :-). thank you!!!
