Your videos are excellent. I want to make myself patterns like you. Your instructions make me think that i can. I'm sure yours is better (becyou have more experience and education) I'll just follow along and see whatever i come up with. I have experience in sewing and puttither people's patterns together, but I now want my own.
I am in the process of stitching a simple jacket with darts. Lapel will not be there in this since its the first time I am stitching with lining. I have completed the cutting of lining and the woolen fabric. Tomorrow I will start stitching. Thank you for very clear and detailed instructions.

I tried to make the jacket today. Didn't come out as beautiful as yours and certainly not as easy as watching it. 1. by the time i was assembling the pieces together i discovered that the collar was shorter than the length of the back neckline i.e from one notch to the other. I had to tweak it a bit. Then the point where the collar meets the lapel had k-leg. I guess i'll have to either do the pattern again or something. I definitely will try again. Practice makes perfect! :-). thank you!!!
