    Thank you for the video. Does onlineMedEd provide Anatomy education? If not, what would be a good resource to learn Anatomy from for MS1 and MS2? Thank you for your assistance.

    thank you very much :) ..
    -did you use the quicktables ? (I have it)
    Ok, I have an active OME & uworld subscriptions and the latest edition of step2 secrets, I have 2 months and a week till my exam, I'm a post graduate who's studying for the license exam (I just need to pass) , I didn't do well in my clinical years, so lots of holes in my knowledge that I need to address .
    If I wanna use your sandwich method, do you think I should beat the notes real fast (understanding/not memorizing) during first 1.5-2 weeks , while using UWorld system-wise (not random) ? it's my lack of confidence due to my poor knowledge that's holding me back from doing anything .
    -so do you recommend any modification on your method ? or will two fast passes on OME (as you said) + uworld be good enough ?
    -should I make Flashcards in Uwrold only for the wrong/guessed questions , or for every topic ?
    sorry for the long comment, and thanks

      Thanks for the comment! I would recommend maybe a third pass especially if you think you have a lot of holes. I would still make flashcards on what you miss because you want to master your mistakes and not spend too much time on stuff you already know.

    Hi. Have you tried using the whiteboards book of OME while you were preparing for the Step? I was just curious because it seems in the video that you only used the clinical notes.

    • @TheMDJourney
      @TheMDJourney  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I mainly used the clinical notes but not sure if the whiteboard book was available when I taking the test

    What are your thoughts on the “Quicktables” book from OME? And how would it fit a study schedule? I’m asking because it would cost me about 45$ to get so I’m considering whether it’s worth it.

      @TheMDJourney  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The quicktables are nice but not sure if it'll be helpful for long term retention vs. just as a reference tool.

      @@TheMDJourney .. did u fix the promo code issue?

    • @TheMDJourney
      @TheMDJourney  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      OME has gone a cheaper promotion that you can find through the link but the $80 is no longer offered since the making of this video

    Just a heads up, the video's are great for onlineMedEd, however, the questions are AWFUL and nearly to the point that you can't go through a single set of question following the video's without at least one major mistake in the answer. You would think they have been around long enough now to correct all these mistakes but I guess not. I've even gotten to the point were it was taking up to much time even trying to report them all they are so frequent.

    What did you use score on ck?

    • @TheMDJourney
      @TheMDJourney  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Prefer to avoid numbers, but my goal/expectation was to get over 250-255. 🤓

      I asked bec I like to take advice from guys who scored high and see what they all have in common. I'm at step 1 stage, do you have a video on step 1 prep?

    I wanted to share with you my favorite resource thus far in med school. It helped me raise my Step 2 score and also helped on rotations! Let me know if you have any questions! :D
