1 week into rotations (started with family med), I was told flat out that my assessment and plan sucked. I knew it too. they were completely disorganized and lacked any structure regardless of how much time I put into them. Modified your suggestions and resources to align with family med and my attending's expectations, and it has been night and day. Never thought I'd say it but now I can't wait for internal med rotations now to use all of these suggestions. Lifesaver for sure.

this might be a really basic question but do you just keep writing more labs on the inside of the paper you folded as well? I'm starting Medicine next! I just found your channel -- it looks so helpful!!

Please wanted to ask about pocket manuals . Do use any and which one would you recommend? I don’t want to get one for each rotation. Just want one general good one .

The general internal medicine one is a good one to have. Won't have peds and surgery stuff but those concepts are easier to look up

Would it be acceptable to write this on my ipad in an qpp like Notability? Or is pen and paper preferred?
