At the beginning on 2020 I was in middle school (8th grade) and I had way to much time on my hands and so I would watch youtube practically all day. I will admit to you and the entirety of the internet that I was probably in the worst state mentally as were a lot of other people. For me feeling like that was so new because I had never experienced a panic attack or anything like it before. I digress, I came across your channel around that time filled with depression and anxiety. To escape my parents arguments and my siblings being annoying I would turn on your videos. It felt like I was watching a movie with all my best friends and I appreciate you giving me that in a time in which I didn't have anything to look forward to. (Actually the first one I watched was *Crazy Rich Asians*) I loved your energy and how you made me feel safe and that for the duration of that video I didn't have to think about how f*ucked up my life was. So to see you go from that to having your own place and for you to be doing so well makes me so happy. it's hard seeing other people live your dreams and have your dream house but i'm so happy for you, ash! and it's so nice to see YOU so excited and happy ♥as someone who lives by herself while dealing with depression, taking care of yourself can be hard but i'm sure you'll be fine. don't forget to call your friends for help! once one of my friends came over and my apartment was a mess (and so was i) and she told me "i'm not living until this place is at least a little less messy" and helped me clean up the place. idk if this advice is something you need to read but i'm putting it here anyway. good luck, mother!

Also if you want to move your bedroom things upstairs maybe add a neutral toned curtain that can slide open and closed for privacy when you want it. You can hang a soundproof curtain in front of your studio/bedroom upstairs, that will dampen most of the reverb (and light) coming from the large room. If you want to reduce the reverb in the large room, put thick soft rugs on the floor and consider getting some large acoustic art panels to hang on the walls. Your place looks great! I miss having high ceilings..
