We diagnose and repair an issue on this Toro commercial Z master mower that will not start, runs rough when it does start and dies out
This mower cranks but won't start most times. We show the full diagnosis and repair.
The mower seems to have no power when running and runs poorly if it starts at all
We end up cleaning the carburetor and flushing the fuel tank/lines after doing a full detailed inspection.

This Toro Commercial Z Master 2000 series Z149 Model number 74143 with starting serial number of 312000 Z 149 52" deck
The engine is a Kawasaki v twin FX691V-AS19 engine that has 22 horsepower 726cc and has a double barrel carburetor
