    Hey everyone, I'm missing group rides and festivals big time. I want to create a new Patreon level so I can offer video coaching and tutorials to address your specific challenges. Members of the group can post videos of sections of trails or moves that are giving you trouble and I can respond with video tips to help you progress. Would a private Facebook group work best? I want people in the group to be able to see whatever gets posted. Thoughts?

      Sounds like a great idea, FB seems like it would be the most accessible platform. Right now is kind of an economically challenging time for everyone (I personally have been out of a job for a bit), so I think the price of the tier could be a challenging balance. It obviously needs to be worth it for you but affordable for the average joe. I have a bit of money I saved for in person coaching that ended up being canceled though, so I'm game for this idea.

      Jeff Lenosky yes more than fair! I'd say anything from 10 to 15 is very affordable. Cancel your netflix subscription to work on bike skills? I'd do it.

      looks like a great idea, may be 10 per month. or free month if no questions (time to train, job, wether, snow…), but depend of course on contents you supply. but looks cool to be in a group like that!

    Thanks again for the tutorial. I am still trying to master the last set of drills. :) I would like to see more about the basics; preloading, braking, weight transfer. I'm trying to get my bunny hops bigger, wheelies longer, and manuals more consistent. Progression is hard and takes time and sometimes I think I need to back up and correct my techniques. Your tutorials are helpful to correct those bad practices. Thanks again.

    From the 80's into about 04 I was XC racing. The tire flick was one of the things I liked to do in a race to try to get into peoples heads. If you were leading and had a handfull of guy's stacked on your wheel, but you could tell they were barley hanging on. Start flicking rocks and stuff off the trail. Just another day riding my bike ho-hum...

    • @JeffLenoskyTrailBoss
      @JeffLenoskyTrailBoss  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Munir Muhammad Said I’m guessing you can already pedal kick? I just set up an Patreon page for online coaching with videos. If you’re interested in joining the group check it out on www.patreon.com/jefflenoskytrailboss to answer your question though. You need to initiate the turn while you’re compressing. Essentially as your crouching down for the pedal kick you start your turn and then as you’re leaving the ground you’ll have some momentum in that direction.
