Love these shows, London prices now vs back then 😱, And when in the 1st episode Arthur D says he is only 52 years old I suddenly feel quite old all of a sudden. 😮 👍
Even included AN advert from the black horse....just to make up for the lack of interruptions from youtube. (Even the adverts were better in the 1980s😺)

Tv took a turn for the Worse after all the great shows were axed or like Benny Hill or The Carry on Squad just clips for an hour even Brookside was great. These are all working people we can relate to in the ups and downs in life. Fake reality tv or untalented uk does not do anything for me or the Kids and theyre all older now and can appreciate these shows we watched.
Too bad they decided to end it on this note. This is not the usual Arthur skullduggery and wheeling and dealing we've been used to and come to love. An hour-long hostage drama/police stand-off is not my idea of an enjoyable Minder episode.
Thank you for this upload - there's another one on here sadly which dims or cuts out the sound at certain points (due to licensing of music I expect) and doesn't have the classic Thames Ident nor the opening and closing credits. As for Carlton - I wish it had never come along, both it and Granada have bought up the entire ITV network and rule it as a lazy monopoly....oh for the days of Thames, the regional franchises, LWT, TVS, ATV, Southern, Yorkshire etcetera....and the IBA being a more stringent regulating broadcaster....it is no wonder TV today is so rubbish, so unimaginative, so woke that we have lost such great shows such as Minder, no wonder we all trawl the internet for better things to watch....from a better, if somewhat harsher, yet honest time....RIP Dennis and George. God Bless. ps...ironic Carlton allowed the old Thames logo to be shown....perhaps a kick in the teeth towards a much greater franchise holder that preceded them....
I’m sure they cut some of the robbery there... when have the cops ever been that fast on the scene haha watched this the first time round . Time does indeed fly

This had a very different tone to the other episodes. There wasn't a lot of humour, and Arthur was just a minor character.
