  • More than 2,400 sudden cardiac arrest cases happen every year in Singapore with survival rate around 23%. You can make a difference by picking up CPR and stepping forth to help when the need arise. Even if you do not have a manikin at home, you can still get a feel of doing chest compression by using a DIY manikin made with household items! (We know you will not use your family and friends as a manikin, but just in case - do not do that!)
    Get ready a bath towel, a t-shirt and a toilet roll, or 8 kitchen sponges and 2x1.5l water bottles filled with water, to join us in this activity!

    you guys just saved me about $200 by not having to buy my own mannequin! now i can practice at home since the only actual mannequin i can access is at school :))

    CPR while kneeling on their groin. I think not.

      They wouldn't be kneeling on the groin, they are on the side of the "patient".
