Oof! Why are villagers so mean sometimes? I have Snake and today he felt lonely and asked if I could come over and wouldn’t let me leave for a long time, then I finally left but thought I should gift him something nice so I returned to his house. I gave him a gift, he liked it and accepted it all while lifting weights. I talked to him a few times then, but about the third or fourth time he snapped back at me and said “You know, there’s a difference between doing squats and squatting.” That was the most savage thing that I have heard from him so far, I’ve never had a comeback like that from a villager like that yet. If I talk one too many times like I accidentally initiate a conversation again after I just did I usually get a worried response a kin to “Are you okay? What’s going on?” , I am just a little surprised because it was the first time something like this has happened! Animal crossing is such a funny game series that has a wholesome reputation but ironically has interactions like this hidden just beneath the surface, and honestly I think that that is charming, it’s honestly so amusing to me.
Oh screw Diana. I welcomed her to my island and she stole Erik from Fauna. Was so sad seeing Fauna moping around whilst Erik and Diana were doing stretches together at the plaza
