This video is gold. I literally do every one of those things inadvertently during the sparring at the end of training. Thanks for the tips!

This is an excellent video! Well thought out display of concepts, something you don't get often on TH-cam! Thanks. ELBOWS IN!

Thank you. This should save me a lot of time spent on trail and error. I am new to BJJ but have years of other martial arts. While the principles remain the same, I was having some difficulty applying them to this environment.

This was an awesome introduction to common mistakes beginners make. There were quite a few "aha" moments. Can't wait to put a few of these into practice at open mat tomorrow morning!

not sure of your exact concern in the video. i would have to watch. this is a sport jiu-jitsu related video. mma or a street fight would change many elements. train well, sir!!!

    great advice!
i just wish they didn't use the term _'player'!_
    I HATE THAT!
    GARRRRR it's a pet *_HATE_* !
'Jiu Jitsu _player_' duuuuh! Sounds so foofy!
I don't _play_, I'm not a _player_. I'm learning to _fight_, I'm learning to defend!
    I'm not 'playing' poxy grab-ass, I'm doing BJJ >:/
    ;)
