Man this is in my opinion what tfp should've done with, remember he really only joined the decepticons because megatron basically completely wiped out his station security forces, as well as proved him wrong by controlling dark energon, if starscream wasn't intrigued by learning how to control dark energon as well as having his security forces wiped out, he more than likely would've completely stayed our of the civil war

This idea reminds me about a Fanfic called "The good, the bad, the Starscream" and it was a pretty good fanfic

I actually wondered this sonario myself for years for Aligned Continuity Starscream. And I love to hear the story potential with this, How much of an influential character he is even when he went solo; so seeing him on the side of the autobots is a dynamic change would love to see! Especially if he's the only flier on their side before Optimus's upgrade, Speaking of which that would actually Crazy yet interesting if Starstream had his Seeker Armada on their side as Arial-Bots, this time the numbers would be a little more even with the autobots finally having their own air force to combat the Vehicon fliers.
Some times I wish fan fiction was made reality

Joining the Autobots
In Regeneration Starscream returned the long way around, and attacked Thrust for abandoning him. Megatron ordered him to stand down and get repaired. He tried to unwind with an energy bath, but his anger boiled over when he was ordered to return the Star Saber to Megatron, and overheard his leader and Thrust mocking him. He went on a rampage through the base, turning the Saber on his fellows and clashing with Megatron and the Requiem Blaster. Seeking asylum with the Autobots, he flew to Earth. At the Star Saber Mini-Cons' behest, Optimus used the Saber to protect Starscream, and gave him the benefit of the doubt when he claimed he wanted to join the Autobots to help them take down Megatron. To prove his good faith, Starscream provided them with the contents of his databanks to decode, but Hot Shot was not so easily swayed, and he and Starscream began fighting. Their face-off was interrupted by Smokescreen, who stopped their brawl.
In Rescue, using Starscream's information, the Autobots invaded the Decepticons' moonbase. Optimus instructed Starscream to hold back and use his knowledge of the base's layout to help find and free the Decepticons' Mini-Cons. But Starscream was too hungry for payback against Megatron to comply, and Hot Shot had to take over his mission. When Hot Shot was in dire straits battling Megatron, Starscream came to his aid, and the pair defeated the Decepticon leader. Starscream was eager to end Megatron's life, but upon the successful evacuation of the Mini-Cons, Optimus called for retreat, forcing Starscream to choose between his hew alliance and his desire for revenge. In the end, he returned to Earth with the Autobots, but was left feeling that he did not truly belong with them either.
In Mars, both his Mini-Con partners and Alexis attempted to console him, but he was too consumed by his own self-doubt. Soon after, Starscream's flight capabilities saw him drafted to join Jetfire on a mission to Mars to recover a Mini-Con, during which he was shot down by Tidal Wave. By the time Jetfire had located him, Starscream was so wrapped up in self-pity that he refused to do as his Autobot superior ordered, forcing Jetfire to handcuff him and charge him with dereliction of duty. On the return trip to Earth, the pair discovered the Mini-Con on an asteroid, but were then attacked by Tidal Wave once again; speaking with passion for the Autobot cause, Starscream was able to talk the Mini-Con, Firebot, into turning on the giant Decepticon. The pair were confronted by Megatron wielding the Requiem Blaster. The blaster, the Star Saber and the Skyboom (wielded by Jetfire) resonated with one another, causing a huge flare of energy that covered Jetfire and Starscream's escape. Back on Earth, Alexis thanked Starscream for his efforts and told him she was sure the Autobots were right, and while he seemed to brush her words off, she soon discovered that he had brought back a bejewelled rock from Mars as a souvenir for her and the other kids.
In Crack, uninterested in helping the Autobots build a spaceship to return to Cybertron, Starscream stalked off to his quarters where he was shocked to find Alexis and the other kids throwing him a surprise party to thank him for the Martian rock, gifting him with a handmade chamois. Later, detecting a curious signal, Starscream ventured out to investigate and was confronted by Thrust, who (secretly working with Sideways) suggested he return to the Decepticons and help him take Megatron down from within. Thrust suggested that he steal the Skyboom shield to "prove" to Megatron his desire to rejoin him, but Starscream refused. Billy and Fred overhead their conversation and raced off to tell the Autobots, who were quick to turn on Starscream when he returned to the base after they could not find the Skyboom Mini-Cons anywhere. Unbeknownst to anyone, the kids had merely taken the Mini-Cons out for a walk, but the Autobots' deep-seated distrust of Starscream was evident. Confronting Thrust in battle again a short time later, Starscream found himself swayed by the Decepticon, and swooped into the battlefield below, snatching up the Skyboom and departing alongside Thrust, back in the Decepticon fold again, but vowed never to forget his new human friends.

The Hydra Cannon
In Threaten, with all three Mini-Con weapons now in Decepticon hands, Starscream forced Thrust to tell him his plan for them: they would be combined to the planet destroying Hydra Cannon. When completed and mounted on the Decepticons' new spacecraft, Megatron placed Starscream at the cannon's controls and charged him with firing the shot that would destroy Earth. In Crisis, unwilling to kill his human friends, Starscream struggled with the test Megatron had laid before him, but Optimus Prime and Jetfire attacked the cannon before he had to fire. Ordered out into battle to stop them, Starscream allowed Jetfire to hurl him into Tidal Wave, knocking over the titanic Decepticon and sparing Prime his assault. Starscream's efforts saved Earth, but Prime died stopping the Hydra Cannon. In Remorse, while regretting Prime's death, Starscream joined the Decepticons in heading back to Cybertron.
The Unicron Battles
In Depart, Starscream detected the Autobots giving the Decepticons chase, though Megatron remained unconcerned. In Miracle, during the battle, Starscream and Hot Shot revived their rivalry, but fighting soon ceased when the Mini-Cons combined their powers to resurrect Optimus Prime. In Puppet, Hot Shot and Red Alert were sucked through a worm hole to a barren planet; Starscream, Megatron, and Demolishor followed, Megatron intending to destroy their foes despite Starscream suggesting that they used them as hostages. Attacked by Nemesis Prime, they were badly damaged, but were upgraded by their partner Mini-Cons. Observing his new blue colour scheme, Starscream commented he looked like Thundercracker.
In Uprising, upon returning to Cybertron, Starscream aided taking control with the Mini-Con weapons, though his concern over Megatron (now "Galvatron") methods grew, as did his suspicions regarding Thrust due to his reaction to a black hole appearing over Cybertron. In Dash, Starscream called Thrust out on his scheming. Thrust revealed that he worked for Unicron, stealing the Requiem Blaster and Skyboom shield, and fled, with Starscream in hot pursuit. In Drift, He caught up to Thrust, but just after he turned down the traitor's offer to work together, Starscream was shocked to see Alexis, the other kids and their Mini-Cons. When Thrust threatened them, Starscream lunged for him and was struck by the Requiem Blaster. The Mini-Con High Wire used his powers to rewind time a few moments and threw Thrust's aim off, saving Starscream. Thrust escaped while Starscream shielded the kids from falling rubble caused by the blast, and continued his pursuit.
In Portent, the chase led through a warp gate that brought Starscream to a cavern, where he was beset by bot-spiders for refusing to join Thrust and Sideways. Hot Shot, Wheeljack and the kids arrived to help, but he told them to go on ahead; after defeating the spiders, Starscream was amazed to see that Alexis wanted to make sure he was okay. Starscream carried Alexis to safety, but the girl's necklace fell off. Alexis insisted on going back for it, forcing Starscream to fend off attacking tentacles and leaving him shocked that the necklace was important to her because it was made from the Martian rock he had given her. They escaped the caverns and discovered that they had been inside Cybertron's moon, Unicron himself. Alexis pleaded with Starscream to join them in fighting Unicron, and even Hot Shot agreed, but Starscream refused, unsure of where he belonged and afraid he would betray his friends again.
In Cramp, realising that only by uniting the Autobots and the Decepticons could Unicron be defeated, Starscream resolved to prove the reality of his threat to Galvatron, who refused to acknowledge it and considered it an Autobot trick. To do so, Starscream realised that he would have to sacrifice himself, and interrupted a battle between Galvatron and Optimus to challenge Galvatron to one last duel. In the course of the fight, Starscream proved to Galvatron how far he had come, but at the final moment, allowed Galvatron to run him through with the Star Saber. With the last of his strength, Starscream opened fire on Unicron, and the planet-eater retaliated with a lightning-blast that disintergrated Starscream. With this action, Starscream proved that the threat of Unicron was real, and Megatron agreed to ally with Optimus against him.
I was NOT expecting myself to be sooooo entertained by this what if, BUT I WAS WRONG! This was awesome, can’t wait for part 2
Ya know, I wish we can get a story where Starscream betrays the Cons and join the Autobots… permanently? Like Armada Starscream was great in that aspect and stuff, TFP Starscream would have been perfect (especially if he didn’t open his danm mouth and gloat) since he would have all the good reason to do so! Like it’s only in fanfics we get this and it would be an interesting story to be told, like Earthspark could have done it… I think
I’m working on a transformers prime Starscream fanfiction, where he succeeds in overthrowing Megatron as leader of the Decepticons. He later gets sent into the world of War Robots, a 6 VS. 6 robot battling game that is under the control of pix sonic a Russian company who created the game. Star scream, then realizes that another villain group “shocker” has also invaded War Robots. He takes this opportunity to get shocker under his control and thus, rebrands them as “War Robots shocker.” That’s where a whole bunch of Kamen Rider stuff comes to play that I won’t get into at the moment.
This is an awesome video man please carry on with this series Starscream becoming an Autobot is very interesting love to see him get a redemption arc can’t wait for part 2 please do more what if Transformers Prime videos would love to see you do some what if Tmnt 2012 videos as well
Lastly, similar to Armada Starscream, the human that he would try at least though positive attitude towards ( And a potential companion) is either June Darby or Agent Fowler:
-Pro✈️- Fowler Being a soldier and an Ace Pilot could Co-Fly Starscream's Jet form into multiple maneuvers & on-the-fly tactics that they can both synthesize , AllowIng them to dominate the skies by themselves against any Flier and maybe enough to match Megatron's Cybertronian Jet in a Dogfight.
Con⚡️- However, I really doubt that would happen since Fowler was both a prisoner and a torture victim under Starscream's Interrogation, so that animosity is too much of a "Con😂" for that scenario to happen anytime soon or at least in the early seasons.
- Con ⚠️- June Darby is understandably cautious around the Decepticons and would hesitate to even talk normally with Starscream, especially after her experience being kidnapped by MECH and nearly killed by arachnid. Her family had first hand Near-death experiences under the attack of a decepticon with ralph being the most recent.
Pro 🤝- However, out of all the human characters besides Raphael, I think June would be the first to give Starscream a chance after a conversation of their mutual hatred for Arachnid and their shared Fear with Megatron in person with both being completely Silent the whole time he was in the autobot base.
Plus June being Civilian doctor could try to give her own normal perception of a human that would allow Starscream to slowly give respect with the final character growth being him allowing June to be his passenger in his jet form as a path Redemption on his part.
I always saw this as one of the most likely what ifs to happen as all it needed to occur was just one word: "Tailgate". Think about it, if Arcee had said her partner's name after saying "partner", Starscream wouldn't have outed himself and might've even felt genuine sympathy(last part is a bit of a stretch, but still possible, especially if we take the novels as canon). Would it have gon like you said here? Maybe, maybe not, but it is one of the most curious scenarios to explore just for the close plausibility it had to being the actual canon story.
This is a really great what if? It also keeps the mood of Transformers prime in it.

Thank you so much for Creating this alternate timeline of a very plausible decision that I really wish could have happened in the Prime Aligned Continuity.
I see a lot of potential for season two of the personal prediction: Starscream will not search for The nemesis To hint and confuse orion pax, And orion already saw Starscream with The autobots, so once he finds his profile, he'll already come to the conclusion that he is a traitor (Ironic). Starscream in autobot base, already knowing what megatron can do with a Optimus with amnesia, will describe scenarios to the autobots as they wait and try to plan what to do next as they have a component to stall the space bridge construction.
The moment of Starscream telling the full truth and story from his perspectives of his time on Earth before defection; when this would happen whether he does it while they plan for the Key to Vector Sigma or he does it when optimus returns. Either way would be a unique storytelling perspective Plus the immense drama of the auto bot members, yet I can see him doing some editing with the story To lesson hostility, by "Honoring" cliffjumper's heroic standoff, his personal disgust of the dark energon Terrorcon plan, And is repeated thankfulness of the autobots of foiling those plans that have endangered Megatron multiple times.
I wouldn't be surprised if you're able to get three parts out of this what if. This part is pretty good considering the first part only covers the first season good job and keep up the good work

Awesome new what if. What if Transformers Prime had a bigger cast of autobots and Decepticons? Give both factions a big cast of characters like G1 so we can have the consequences of war be seen as autobots and decepticons die on a regular basis instead of just nameless faceless decepticons. But you’d have to develop the characters so we care when they die.
