My kind are more typically known for horrible, nigh-unusable user interfaces than fancy, sparkling things. I am pretty sure the way to increase demand is by providing for your citizens needs (aka go bonkers with parks, cemeteries, fire stations, etc. A way to tell what your city really needs is by the blue bird at the top of the screen)

Also, in light of the incompetence of the hospital only treating 16 patients (must be run by architects), a huge area of land dedicated for just cemeteries (a mega cemetery if you will) may be a good investment.

Hey Matt, you should use demand master mod to fill engitopia. Also you can build road depots to repair/maintain roads and pumping station to deal with the floods quicker
