I know everybody says Season 2 was the best season but I always thought season 5 was the best. There was just one major plotline after another. Plus I love Izzie and Alex together. They are my favorite Grey's couple.

Grey's is like an unending dose of comfort food for its viewers around the globe. "Into you Like a Train" and "It's the End of the world (as we know it)" are stellar episodes nd rightfully referred as favourites by Krista and justin respectively.
There will never be episodes like the bomb episode in GA. It was incredible in so many ways. It really had all those factors that made people like this show and it was portrayed brillianlty combined with the intial magic of the first interns that can not be recreated anymore. Ever since there have been some highlight episodes but the show is definitely beyond its peak and should end.
The Sexual assult episode was up there

Shoot, my wife and I started binge watching Greys about 4-5 months ago (with a month hiatus after Derek died 😓) and JUST caught up with the live showings. We love this show. Bring on more.

I think most of us took a break after Derek died. We needed time to get over what Shonda did to us and the grieving/goodbye we never really got to have.

I can't believe how fast time has passed, I still remember watching the first episodes like they aired yesterday. Private Practice was actually really good too and I wish that had continued but I'm glad Amelia came back to Grey's after that ended.

I remember my mom and nanny watching the season 3 finale as it aired when I was 8 years old. They made me cover my eyes at certain parts? Binged the show on DVD (the old fashioned and better way) when I was 13 and have been watching ever since. Such a great show, love all the different evolutions the show has gone through over the years. That’s the great thing about TV, shows seem to decline in quality, and then have AMAZING episodes the next week. Forever grateful to be experiencing the show on a weekly basis so I too can be shocked in real time about an episode the way my mom and nanny were commiserating over Burke and Christina’s disastrous wedding.

I love greys anatomy. I’m glad it came back. I’m sad it will be the last season. It never gets old. It has impacted and influenced me in so many ways. I am a human and psychology major and it has taught me about everything I know in human services. I actually take notes of what is to be expected in the real world of becoming a counselor or therapist and advocate for others is important. I love it! I would rather watch this show then any other medical show. There’s messages in every scene that you can take into consideration. This show has so much meaning.

Here's how I started watching Grey's in the spring of 2015:
One night I was watching TV, and I changed the channel and saw that an episode of grey's had just started. I hadn't found anything else to watch so I thought that I might as watch that episode. I had never seen grey's anatomy before (barely knew what it was), so I didn't understand what the characters were doing or what had happened before. There was something about that episode that made me continue to watch it. Unfortunately it was the episode where Derek died. I cried my eyes out even though I didn't know how important he had been to the show, to Meredith and what their story was. When the episode ended I felt devastated, but decided that I was going to start watching grey's anatomy because I felt such a strong connection to what I had just seen. It was a bit of a bummer that I already knew that he was going to die, but I fell in love with the show and the characters.
It's been almost 4 years now, and I have watched every season and rewatched them 2-3 times. I still watch grey's every day. I love this show more than I can put into words. It's a big part of my life. I was about to turn 14 when I started watching it, and it has had a positive impact on my life. It has helped me improve my English a lot over the years (I'm Swedish), and it has also taught me a lot of things. Like how people react in different ways when traumatic things happen to them.
I agreed with u Julia, it was the same thing for me ,I am watching all episodes over again my second time now me n a 82 year old lady.lol.And we go through the same emotions all over again wen the sad parts comes up....love the movie and indeed the character's..keep up the good works guys u all are one in a million😙😙😙
