haha cause he's Scottish and he has a Scottish accent
There's an episode in season 15 where the case Owen was working on had a lot of people with Scottish accents. I'm so impressed with Kevin being Scottish, he didn't break character or have even a hint of his real accent. He stayed completely in the American accent and Owen character. It was really impressive!

In terms of location, legality and nationality, yes but it’s not the same in terms of the accent.
A Scottish accent is distinctly different than a British accent.🙂

ava cyr Britain is made up of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Scotland and England are 2 different countries. So you can be Scottish and British

Britain is made up of 4 different countries England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, so he is Scottish and British. Someone can be English and British, Welsh and British etc :-), but British isn't the same as English.
