To be fair Tommy had a point which I cannot deny by the way for your 38 year old best mate who is nearly as old as you to be dating your 16 year old daughter when they are more than twice their age it is really creepy and weird
I agree with Angela, I see where Tommy is coming from too but I feel his temper took over. I would’ve tried to talk to Martin and see his point of view and tell him I will never accept it, I would try and see Katy’s point of view too but I would also see Katy as a child, she may be seventeen but people overestimate that if your a teenager or even a young adult you’re still mentally somewhat a child. I think Katy was not just clinging to love I feel maybe she didn’t truly and deeply think it through. I feel Martin should’ve stepped back. No matter how strong it is, it’s just not right. I know I’d never stand In the way of love I just think it is best for both of them. Maybe a few years but not eighteen.
